Padahal udah sering ke sana kalo sakit dan pelayananya bagus dan dokternya pun ramah , tapi pas baru kemaren banget saya sakit dan di layanim oleh dokter perempuan yang namanya dokter Setia , saya merasa sakit hati dengan sikap dan pelayananya, sayankesana karna saya sakit muntaber udah 1 hari 1 malem dan saya kesana untuk berobat , pertama saya masuk dia cuma bilang D : kenapa mba? S : saya sakit muntaber dok D : abis makan apa? S : tahu gejrot pinggir jalan dia cuma suruh saya tiduran pake arahan tangan tanpa ada basi basa basi untuk ngucapin : silahkan mba tiduran dulu saya periksa dulu Setidaknya saya dilayani dengan srvice yang menurut saya biasa di lakukan oleh para dokter , lanjut itu saya nanya lagi S: dok apa karna magh saya , saya muntah2? Saya boleh minta surat ijin ga masuk buat besok? Saya masih lemes dan masih buang air besar( berak2) D : kamu ga sakit , lain kali jangan kaya gini S : saya langsung syok dengan omongan seorang dokter , kalo saya ga sakit kenapa saya harus ke klinik anda gitu loh , saya kesna karna saya mau berobat , bener2 di luar nalar dengan ucapanya D: memang kamu kerja dimana? S: di PIM Dok D : PIM dimana? S: pondok indah mall dok Dalem hati , dokter nya masa gatau mall gede yang populer dari dulu heran saya sih D: ini resepnya S : maksih dok Jadi pas saya kesana itu pas saya memang berpakaian rapih full make up ga seprrti orang sakit yang berpakaian apa adanya dan bareface no make up , karna saya mau ambil surat penting jadi saya berpakaian rapih, itupun saya paksain buat ambil surat dalam keadaan muntaber, karna saya ga tahan pas di perjalanan saya muntah2 dan saya mampir dulu ke klinik dia karna klinik dia langganan keluarga saya dari dulu , mungkin dokternya agak sedikit beda pas ngeliat orang sakit berpakaian rapih tapi setidaknya kalo memang saya bner benr ga sakit ga mungkin saya berobat kesna, saya kesana di suruh mamah saya pas sebelum saya pergi , rasanya saya pengen marah sama belian karna sikap beliau yang tidak sperti doktr pada mestinya , pakainnya tidak rapih cuma paki T shirt dan long pants tanpa pake blazer sperti dokter biasa pakai, saya cerita sama mamah saya dan kaka saya serta keluarga besar saya dan haru itupun keluarga saya bilang kalo sakit jangan pernah kesana lagi kamu disana bayar pakeuang BUKAN PAKE BPJS! Tolong untuk dokter yang namanya SETIA Attitude nya perbaikin ya dan kalo mau bicara lebih bijak lagi , anda tidak tau kan kalo hal kecil kaya gini bisa jadi boomerang buat diri anda Semoga kritikan syaa bisa di baca langsung oleh anda . S: know the roadside gejrot he just told me to lie down using the direction of the hands without any strings attached to say: please mba lie down first I check first At least I was served with a service that I thought was usually done by doctors, so I asked again S: what kind of doc is because of my magh, am I vomiting? May I have permission not to enter tomorrow? I am still weak and still defecating (defecating) D: You're not sick, don't be like this next time S: I was immediately shocked by the words of a doctor, if I'm not sick why do I have to go to your clinic like that, I'm here because I want to get treatment, it's really out of reason with what he said D: Where do you work? Dock So when I went there, when I was dressed in full make up, it wasn't like sick people who were dressed as they were and bareface no make up, because I wanted to take important letters so I dressed neatly, and even then I was forced to take letters in vomiting, because I I couldn't stand it on the way I threw up and I stopped by the clinic because the clinic was my family's subscriber from long ago, maybe the doctor was a little different when I saw sick people dressed neatly but at least if I really didn't get sick I might not get treatment there, I I was told by my mom right before I left, it felt like I wanted to get angry at her because of her attitude which was not doctrine as it should be, the clothes were not neat, just wearing T shirts and long pants without using a blazer like a doctor used to wear, I told the story with my mom and me kaka me and my extended family and emotion and even then my family said if sick, don't ever go there again you there pay for use OPEN N PAKE BPJS! Please for the doctor whose name is SETIA Attitude, correct it and if you want to talk more wisely, you don't know that small things like this can become a boomerang for yourself Hopefully my criticism can be read directly by you. Sebelum 2011 saya bekerja menjadi perawat di RS Premier Bintaro, sekeluarga berobat kesini.. Tetapi semalam saya kecewa dg dr. Noni.. Saya menyampingkan profesi jadi perawat utk menolong anak saya dg cara apa pun agar duri yg di tenggorokan terlepas.. Bahkan dg cara paksa saya tdk apa2.. Saya kesini berharap agar dpt pertolongan pertama dg cepat.. Memang proses lama dan sampai ada pasien baru dtg ke klinik utk menolong duri yg ada di anak saya.. Tapi tidak usah pakai marah2 sama anak kecil donk dokter... Trs menyerah gitu blg dirujuk saja dg cepatnya (pakai bahasa emosi ke kami).. Tau gitu saya ke UGD RS Premier Bintaro tempat saya bekerja.. Saya tdk mau membandingkan tetapi kenyataannya memang beda sekali pelayanan.. GP UGD saya menolong anak saya dari jam 22.00-00.30 masih sabar kok dg prosesnya sampai ada pasien gawat lainnya datang, kami tidak apa2 ditinggalkan dulu (toh klinis anak baik).. Bahkan cara prosesnya sama dg UGD di RS kok knp malah gitu tdk sabar ke kami dr. Noni????? Apa karna panas pakai hazmat (selalu kipas2 krn kepanasan saat proses)??? Sama saya dan petugas lain di RS Premier Bintaro saat menolong pasien dg APD sampai level 3 kepanasan pun tetap berusaha sabar... Apa karna ada pasien baru??? Bandingkan dg cerita saya tadi... Meski tdk berhasil ke UGD dan harus ke dr. THT di RS Premier Bintaro hari ini saya hanya bingung knp semua petugas kami bisa sabar disana tdk???? Keluarga saya sampai bingung kenapa jadi begitu klinik mitra bakti sekarang... Tolong diperbaiki lebih baik lagi, meski lagi pandemi kualitas kita menolong org jgn menurun juga... PS: Mba petugas admin atau apotik ramah dan sopan, trims ya mba Trims semoga komplen saya didengarkan..
Before 2011, I worked as a nurse at Premier Bintaro Hospital, and my family went for treatment here. But last night I was disappointed with Dr. Noni ... I put aside the profession of being a nurse to help my child in any way so that the thorn in the throat is released .. Even by force I am fine .. I came here hoping to get first aid quickly ... It is indeed a long process and until there is a new patient coming to the clinic to help the thorn in my child ... But you don't need to be angry with a kid for a doctor ... Then just give up so quickly referenced (use emotional language to us) ... Know that, I went to the Premier Bintaro Hospital ER where I work .. I don't want to compare but in reality it is very different service .. My emergency room GP helped my child from 22.00-00.30. I was still patient with the process until another emergency patient arrived, we were okay to leave it first (after all, the clinical course of the child was good). Even the process is the same as the emergency room at the hospital, why isn't that impatient to us, Dr. Noni ????? Is it because of heat using hazmat (always fan because of the heat during the process) ??? Same with me and other officers at the Bintaro Premier Hospital when helping patients with PPE up to level 3 the heat was still trying to be patient ... Is it because there are new patients ??? Compare with my story earlier ... Even though he didn't make it to the ER and had to go to Dr. ENT at the Premier Bintaro Hospital today I am just confused why all our officers can be patient there or not ???? My family is confused why it is like that partner clinic now ... Please improve it even better, even though our quality pandemic is helping people also not decrease ... PS: Are you an admin officer or a pharmacy that is friendly and polite, thanks, ma'am Thanks, I hope my complaint is heard ...
