★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parah gk jelas jam bukanya dan tutupnya jg gk jelas, pengumuman tutup gk ada berobat jam 10:30 tapi udah tutup, lg pandemi malah di persingkat jam pelayanan, gmana mau gerak cepat menangani pandemi yg berobat aja di tolakt. hadeuhhhhh
it is not clear what the opening hours are and the closure is also unclear, the announcement of the closure is not available at 10:30 but it is closed, even if the pandemic is shortened in service hours, how do you want to move quickly to deal with a pandemic who seek treatment at the tolakt. hadeuhhhhh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk 2 perawat yg duduk sebelah timbangan sungguh pelayanan yg amat buruk, tidak ramah kepada pasien muka di tekuk aja padahal saya dari pihak pasien sdh memberikan senyuman ramah kepada ibu ibu perawat.
Belum jadi dokter aja belagu nya minta ampun ?
For 2 nurses who sat next to the scale it was really very bad service, not friendly to the patient, the face was just bending it even though I was from the patient's side giving a friendly smile to the nurse's mother.
Not yet a doctor, he doesn't even ask for mercy ?

3 stars before and didn't know about the service, now the nurses and doctors too.. Are the medical staff friendly and polite

BAD pelayanan ibu saya emng ngantri BPJS,tapi nmanya sakit ya ttep hrus di bantu kn,ibu saya ngantri pndftran lamaaaa nmor nya ga dipnggil2 malah yg lain di duluin, dn gliran antri dokter umum jga ga dipanggil2 smpe mau dzuhur mlah di oper ke dokter anak untuk melayani ibu sya yg jelas2 umur 56thn

BAD, my mother's service is really queuing for BPJS, but her name is sick, but she still needs to be helped, right, my mother queued for registration for a long time, the numbers weren't called, even the others went first, and the general doctor queues weren't called until midday, they were transferred to the pediatrician to serve my mother who is clearly 56 years old

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya punya BPJS paskes puskesmas cimandala untuk pertama x nya saya kesana dan d kasih nomer antrian posisi lagi hamil dan dikasih arahan dengan nada tinggi , seakan2 saya yg salah di bagian pendaftaran itu sangat buruk dan tidak baik . Gerutuan . Saya juga aneh sebenernya baru pertama x dapet pelayanan sseperti itu d puskesmas lain padahal baik . Tp di bagian poli KIA KB ibu bidan nya sangat baik . Dan bagian cek Lab juga ramah baik juga . Saya cuman gasuka security dan bagian pendaftaran nya.
I have BPJS paskes at the Cimandala health center for the first time I went there and was given a queue number for the position I was pregnant and given instructions in a high tone, as if I was wrong in the registration section, it was very bad and not good. Grumbling . I'm also weird, actually it's the first time I've received such a service at another health center, even though it's good. But in the KIA KB poly section, the midwife is very good. And the Lab check section is also very friendly too. I just don't like security and the registration section.
