Saat saya sedang bawa ponakan yg berumur 3th yg harus segera diberi tindakan dijahit dagunya, karena kecelakaan di rumah, kami malah tdk diperlakukan selayaknya seorang pasien
Dokternya sangatΒ² tdk ramah, malah marahΒ² terus sampai kami diusir & tdk dilayani oleh klinik & dokter tsb

Ketika pasien sdg sangat membutuhkan pertolongan malah tdk dilakukan sm sekali & malah sampai diusir.
Doctors in this clinic are truly unprofessional, not even worthy of being called a doctor
When I was carrying my 3-year-old nephew who had to be treated immediately by stitching his chin, because of an accident at home, we weren't even treated like a patient
The doctor was very unfriendly, even angry until we were kicked out & not served by the clinic & doctor
@ikatandokterbogor Please help to take firm action from the doctors in this clinic
When the patient is in desperate need of help, he doesn't even do it once and he gets kicked out.

β β β β β prtama mohon maaf lbih diprhatikan lagi hak dari para tnaga krja nya ya, apa ada aturan dimana tnaga krja yg sakit tapi dipaksa ttap hadir bahkan full bkrja??? apalagi masa pandmi kaya gini yg riskan bangt buat pasien maupun pkrja yg ada, kalo dari pihak klinik tidak membenarkan apa yg saya bilang berarti tolong diperiksa atasan/pengawas dan pgawai yg brtugas trimakasih. Ucapan saya bukan tanpa dasar, bukankah lbih baik kalo ptugas klinik dihargai ? kita pasien juga sama sama snang untuk datang lagi, jika ptugasnya saja kurang dihargai oleh pihak klinik apalagi pasien yg mau brobat

My words are not without basis, wouldn't it be better if clinical staff were respected? We are patients who are equally happy to come again, if the staff is not appreciated by the clinic, especially patients who want to be treated
