Alhamdulillah ,setelah sy ditolak berobat di puskesmas pabuaran (padahal sy warga pabuaran) dengan alasan faskes bpjs sy yg bukan di puskesmas pabuaran (fyi ,bpjs sy masi dlm proses mutasi) , sy diterima berobat di puskesmas bugel. Dari pegawai loket yg baik sampai bu bidan yg ramah. Intinya sy ingin ucapkan terimakasih banyak sy sudah boleh berobat vaksin bumil di puskesmas bugel. Semoga puskesmas bugel makin berkembang dan maju. ??
Alhamdulillah, after I was refused medical treatment at the Puskesmas Puskesmas (even though I was a resident of Pabuaran) on the grounds that the medical facility was not at the Puskesmas Panguaran (FYI, Bpjs was still in the mutation process), I was admitted to treatment at the Bugel Community Health Center. From the good ticket booth staff to the friendly midwife ma'am. In essence, I want to say thank you very much, I have been allowed to get pregnant women vaccines at the small puskesmas. Hopefully the bugel health center is growing and advancing. ??

Sangat memuaskan pelayanan disini. Sumpah saya terkejut dengan kebersihan dan profesionalisme semua staff disini. Mereka melayani dengan baik tanpa peduli siapa anda. Saat saya sedang sakit parah dirumah, terpaksa saya telepon puskesmas bugel dan ternyata diangkat, bahkan saya diberikan saran dengan ramah. Semoga seluruh puskesmas di Indonesia sama seperti disini
Very satisfying service here. I swear I was surprised by the cleanliness and professionalism of all the staff here. They serve well no matter who you are. When I was seriously ill at home, I had to call the Bugel Health Center and it was picked up, and I was even given friendly advice. Hopefully all health centers in Indonesia are the same as here

Minta surat isoman bolak-balik. Berkas pertama saat sy positif. July kt nya suruh tunngu kbr via WA. Hmpir 1 bln tdk ada telp atau kbr. Saat sdh negatif sy kesanalg ktnya tdk Terima berkas tsb. Saya kasih lg berkasnya kt nya suruh tunggu WA dan tggu 3 hari. Dan info engga tahu bisa dibuatin surat tsb atau tdk krn tdk ada laporan covid.. Kocak
Ask for isoman letters back and forth. The first file when I'm positive. July told him to wait for kbr via WA. Almost 1 month no phone or kbr. When it was negative, I was sad that I didn't receive the file. I gave the file again, they told me to wait for WA and wait 3 days. And I don't know if the letter can be made or not because there is no covid report.. Funny

Pelayanan ramah, cepat, dan seluruh petugas sangat mematuhi protokol kesehatan Saat datang, di pintu masuk pengunjung diwajibkan masuk melewati bilik sirona, cek suhu tubuh, cuci tangan hand sanitizer yang dibawa petugas, dan wajib memakai masker. Setelah itu diarahkan ke meja registrasi. Setelah dari meja regis diarahkan lagi ke ruang tunggu disamping untuk menunggu panggilan ke ruang periksa. Pasien dipanggil melalui pengeras suara Peralatan di ruang periksa cukup lengkap, sejuk, dan nyaman
Service is friendly, fast, and all staff strictly adhere to health protocols When arriving, at the entrance, visitors are required to enter through the sirona booth, check body temperature, wash hand sanitizers brought by officers, and must wear a mask. After that it is directed to the registration desk. After the registration table was directed again to the waiting room beside to wait for a call to the examination room. The patient is called through a loudspeaker The equipment in the examination room is quite complete, cool, and comfortable

Klo ada penilaian bintang no saya kasih deh, pelayanannya (bidan,dokter anak lebih, dokter umum) kurang ramah menganggap pasien rendah. Klo gak perlu2 bgt minta rujukan males sebenernya ke puskesmas bugel. Toh pake BPJS juga bayar kok kaya berobat gratis cuma2!
If there is a no star rating, I will give it, the service (midwives, more pediatricians, general practitioners) is not friendly, considering patients low. If you don't really need to ask for a referral, you're really lazy to go to a bugel health center. After all, you also pay for using BPJS, it's like getting free treatment for free!
