★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the management is good. My parents went through lots of surgeries here in the past. The doctors always followed up patients condition and gave the best treatment for each patients based on their own conditions. My Mom felt so satisfied with the treatment she had here. the doctors are highly competent and nice, made it less stressful for my parents every time they were about to have a surgery here. they always went home with a better feeling and healthier condition. hopefully this hospital gets better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital facilities is one of the best in it's class. The equipment is good also. But for the infrastructure, is messy. Building seems not maintained well, and the officer's service level is quite slow response. Queuing not managed well, causing patient waiting time longer than what supposes to be better. Parking management is also total messy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After years, this hospital has a very big improvement in their service. And also if you need a referral hospital for heart abnormalities, Harapan Kita Hospital one of the best. The National Heart Center of Indonesia is the title and that is not a lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital management shows improvement year after year. Its regular/BPJS out patient admin system is always improved, so is the executive clinic. Facilities and equipment are modern and well maintained. The long wait is inevitable because the patients for both clinics clearly outnumber the doctors. One big plus is there is a free wifi here. Just ask for the password at information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poly Executive Harapan Kita: very nice place, comfortable and very good services. Be ready at 7 am to take number. Don't forget to bring jacket, the AC is very cold.
Vascular Bypass in Harkit is recommended, regarding the services, the cost, the doctors, the vacilities, etc
