★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahannya Kayak berasa di Puncak / Villa gituu, udaranya sejukk kalau pagi,terus masih ada banyak bukit2 hijau gituu,,tapii masihh sepiii..tp masih banyak rumah yg kosong jadii sepii dehh...semoga cepet ramai.
 The housing feels like it's at Puncak / Villa, the air is cool in the morning, then there are still lots of green hills, but it's still quiet... but there are still many empty houses so it's quiet...hopefully it gets crowded soon.

Manajemen Sentosa Group, sepertinya perlu banyak improve, layout/tata letak, kwalitas lingkungan fisik dan sosial perlu sentuhan...
Dari 2016 ngga ada pengembangan baru...
Strategic... Flood free for sure...
Sentosa Group management, seems to need a lot of improvement, the layout, the quality of the physical and social environment needs a touch...
Since 2016 there are no new developments...

Masih banyak lahan yang bisa di kembangkan, areanya masih luas 300 hektaran, pengembang area ini dari Cenas grup, PT Chandratama Griya land. Harga type 36/60 mulai dari type standard 333jt an sd 700jt an.
