 quite far for now from KBN. have to be patient waiting for access to the Cibitung Cilincing Toll Road to be completed. to East Jakarta or North Jakarta at least 15 minutes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan baru. Bangunan baru. Harga masih terjangkau. Akses enak gampang ke jalan besar. Kelebihan: dobel dinding, sumur tinggal pasang pompa, septictank gedhe. Yang tinggal udah mulai banyak.
New housing. New building. Prices are still affordable. Easy easy access to the main road. Pros: double wall, well just plug in the pump, big septic tank. There are a lot left that are left.
