Perumahan dengan konsep mengitari Taman bermain dan saung serbaguna yg cukup bagus di tengah2nya.
Menurut cerita satpamnya, saung bebas digunakan misal untuk arisan keluarga sepanjang ijin satpam dlu sebelumnya agar Pak satpam bisa menginfokan kpda penghuni lainnya agar tidaknada komplen di kemudian hari.
Mesjid Tak jauh dari perumahan walo sudah diluar lingkungan.
