★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesana utk survey minggu lalu Tipe paling kecil tanahnya 84m2 bangunan dan arsitekturnya bagus banget minusnya lokasinya agak masuk dan tanahnya miring harga termurah 603juta utk tipe paling kecil menurut marketingnya pak lukman kalo beli inden maksimal 6 bulan.
 Went there for a survey last week. The smallest type of land is 84m2 of building and the architecture is really good minus the location is a bit in and the land is tilted the cheapest price is 603 million for the smallest type according to the marketing, Pak Lukman, if you buy a pivot for a maximum of 6 months.

Karena unit 2lt belum ada jadinya cuma sebentar aja.
Di brosur ada musholla sama kolam renang, pas kesana belum ada semuanya
Marketingnya ga ramah sama sekali, ga informatif, ketus
Untuk view cukup bagus, tapi ga tau kalo semua unit sudah terbangun masih bisa menikmati viewnya apa ga
Alhasil memutuskan ga akan beli disini??
Baru dapat balesan dari owner (katanya). Dibilangnya kalo cari rumah 100jt ga ada mangkanya ga beli
Waduh, sebagai owner ko ketus gitu ya. Saya sebagai calon customer ga pengen bilang raja adalah segalanya, tapi sikap marketing sama owner yang begini sepatutnya sih ga laku
And fyi, dimanapun yang namanya rumah 2lt ya ga mungkin lah cuma 100jt, cari sampe botak juga ga bakalan dapet

In the brochure there is a prayer room with a swimming pool, when you go there, there is not everything
The marketing is not friendly at all, not informative, curt
As for the view, it's pretty good, but I don't know if all the units have been woken up and they can still enjoy the view or not
As a result, I decided not to buy here??
Just got a reply from the owner (he said). He said that if you're looking for a 100 million house, you don't have it, so don't buy it
Wow, as the owner, I'm so curt. As a prospective customer, I don't want to say that the king is everything, but this kind of marketing attitude with the owner doesn't really work
And fyi, wherever the name is a 2lt house, it's impossible, it's only 100 million, looking for it until it's bald, you won't get it
