★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ptsp malah memperlambat. Hanya untuk urusan legalisir photo copy berkas saja harus menunggu waktu sangat lama. Dalam satu minggu (7 hari) hanya bisa masuk satu berkas (berdasarkan antrian online). Jika dalam 1 paket berkas ada 7 jenis perizinan yg harus di legalisir, maka kita harus menunggu paling cepat 7 minggu untuk bisa dapatkan hasil legalisir berkas yg kita perlukan...
PERLU DI PERTIMBANGKAN KEMBALI..
Ptsp actually slows down. Only for the matter of legalizing photo copy files, they have to wait a very long time. In one week (7 days) one file can only be entered (based on online queues). If in one package file there are 7 types of permits that need to be legalized, then we have to wait 7 weeks at the earliest to be able to get the results of the file that we need ...

Central Jakarta PTSP Office. The place is spacious, comfortable and there are counters to take care of BPJS Kesehatan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman buruk kesini mau urus pindah KTP dari luar kota. Security yg jaga di depan bilang bahwa bisa disana dan dokumen sudah ditaro di drop box. Bbrp jam kemudian di-WA kalau dokumennya suruh ambil lagi dan langsung urus sendiri ke kelurahan tujuan. Sangat merepotkan. Harusnya security dan resepsionis di depan dibekali dengan baik ttg layanan apa saja yg bisa lewat PTSP ini, bukan malah menyusahkan gini.
Bad experience here to take care of moving ID cards from out of town. The security guard at the front said that it could be there and the documents had been put in the drop box. A few hours later, WA is asked to take the documents again and immediately take care of themselves to the destination village. Very troublesome. The security and receptionist at the front should be well equipped about what services can go through this PTSP, not even bothering like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesin ADM yang katanya memudahkan untuk cetak KK, akte dll, ternyata tidak bisa dipakai, tetap harus ke loket juga. Dan waktu tanya ke loket, kata petugas yang jaga, mesinnya rusak. Sayang sekali dengan anggarannya

Friendly staff and fast service. Overall is good but I think need improvement so it can be more interesting and modern. There is also a store to buy something unique from Indonesia or even small food and drink. There is also branch of Bank DKI Jakarta there.
