★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak enak dipandang di jalan inspeksi yg menuju jembatan ke arah kelurahan, padahal tepat banget diblkg kelurahan tapi berantakan dan tolong untuk segera dibtertibkan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan surat pindah di kel. Kwitang sangat buruk, sdh dua kali datang tapi belum selesai juga. Pertama sekitar jam 11.40 dilayani oleh staf pelayanan terpadu krn lurah tdk ada disiruh kembali jam 14.00. Saat diminta no telp lurah tidak diberikan oleh staf artinya warga tdk boleh mengetahui no telp pimpinan wilayahnya. Kemudian pada jam 14.15. Datang lagu sesuai yg dijanjikan sdr Agus ternyata lurahnya belum datang juga. Parahnya oleh staf pelayanan berkas agar dibawa ke Ses kelurahan, namun yg terjadi malah Ses kel juga tidak ditempat, sehingga sempat Terjadi persebatan dg org yg mengaku pemimpin yan terpadu tsb dan menantang silahkan laporkan. Akhirnya sy mengalah dg berbagai pembenaran yg dikatakan sdr Karlos yg mengaku pemimpin pelayanan terpadu. Rupanya seperti ini birokrasi kita, walau sdh diancam oleh gub dg aturan yg telah ditetapkan namun tetap saja arogansi sbg pejabat muncul saat warga meminta penjelasan pelayanan. Semoga ini membuka pintu hati lurah n aparatnya utk bertindak sebagai pelayan masyarakat bukan meminta masyarakat membawa berkas utk menghadap Ses Kel yg ternyata tidak ditempat. Kan seolah dia yg minta dilayani. Semoga menjdi masukan yg bermanfaat
The mail service moved to Ex. Kwitang is very bad, twice came but hasn't finished yet. First around 11.40 hours served by integrated service staff because the village chief was not returned at 14.00. When the village head's telephone number was not given by the staff, it meant that residents could not know the telephone number of the head of the area. Then at 2:15. Comes to the song as promised, Mr. Agus, it turns out the village chief hasn't arrived either. Worse, by the file service staff to be brought to the Kel Ses, but what happened instead Ses kel was also not in place, so that there had been a debate with those who claim that the integrated leader and challenging please report it. Finally I succumbed to the various justifications said by Mr. Karlos who claimed to be the leader of integrated services. It seems like this is our bureaucracy, even though they have been threatened by the governor by the rules that have been set but still arrogance as officials arises when residents ask for an explanation of service. Hopefully this opens the door of the village chief's heart to act as a public servant rather than asking the community to bring files to face Ses Kel who apparently are not in place. It's like he asked to be served. Hopefully this will be useful input
