β β β β β Sungguh, saya punya pengalaman buruk di proses recruitment di Oppo. Saya melamar untuk posisi legal staff penempatan tercantum di HQ Pluit, Jakarta Utara dan berstatus penuh waktu alias permanent; dalam prosesnya saya 4 kali interview mulai dari HRD, SPV legal, Manager leGal, dan di jadwalkkan interview ke direktur yangbamana tahap terkahir katanya, setelah itu ternyata di Masih Ada tes psikotes dari pihak ketiga (jelas diluar proses), selanjutnya di hubungi Hrd ternyata baru di jelaskan di akhir oenempatan di tangerang demgam kontrak 1 tahun (memungkinkan sblm abis kontrak 1 tahun jika dirasa performa nya tidak bagus maka langsung di cut sebelum jangka waktu kontrak berakhir), mohon menjadi perhatian bagi yang mau tes di oppo, waspada!
 Really, I have a bad experience in the recruitment process at Oppo. I am applying for a legal position as a placement staff listed at HQ Pluit, North Jakarta and has full-time alias permanent status; In the process I interviewed 4 times starting from HRD, SPV legal, Legal Manager, and an interview was scheduled to the director which was the last stage he said, after that it turned out that there was still a third party psychological test (obviously outside the process), then contacted Hrd, it turned out that it was new. explained at the end of the placement in Tangerang with a 1 year contract (allows before the 1 year contract if you feel the performance is not good then immediately cut it before the contract period ends), please pay attention to those who want to test on Oppo, watch out!
