I have several experience on using J&T's services and it was great, with the normal reguler price, i got excellent service, from courier door to door pick up, till fast delivery service. I personally recommend people to try. Worth of 5 Stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.... call center no have good attitude, protect the bad issues on the outside. No more change habbit. I asked about the drop point position, he tell doesn't know about that. As any more negatif reviews on this review's board , it is true!!!!!

I have several times by using J&T and it was great, i got excellent service, from sprinter that have a good attitude, till fast delivery service. I personally recommend all people to use this expedition. I guess.. Worth of 5 Stars!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse courier service that i ever experience. Website nicely created but the fact, JnT fail to deliver goods as per datelines, can't track the goods once goods arrived drop point, customer service useless. Customer lost, no where to complain.

Package delivered took longer than promised.
package received in bad shape.. smoosh by other package.
prefer JNE around Jakarta. 1 day arrive with no damage whatsoever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The award of the Worst delivery service of all time goes to JNT! Congrats! I had requested for pick up order and no one is coming to get the package, no initiative for calling the customer about pick up the order or maybe would like to change the schedule from their side. No, no news at all. So, we have to drop the package. Why would you have the option to pick up, when you can't be able to give the service?? And nothing at all for the update information.
The call center is the same. Have you try the email? Yes, it also the same. No one is picking up or do the effort replying your email. Even when the call center is answered your phone, it only say 'ok, sorry for the inconvenience and bla bla bulls*it thing....' in the end, they never take seriously for the problem. I wish shopee and others e commerce will stop using JNT service. Bad service.

DO NOT USE them as your courier or you'll regret later! unprofessional customer service experience! very bad expedition company! i sent the package on 8th december 2021, my customer still hasn't received the goods until 12th march 2022. the route is just from tangerang to north jakarta. i've called the call center for over and over, and they just gave me an answer like "we will make the report and do our best to proceed". huh false promises only! im warning you guys, DON'T EVEN BOTHER USING J&T AS YOUR COURIER!
