Klo consumen udh selesai kontrak nya/cicilan nya... langsung kasih BPKB nya ...tidak harus menunggu lagi 2 minggu dgn alasan di taruh digudang penyimpanan...klo panjang umur tuh consumen nya nah kalo ga ada umur...ribet lg pake surat kuasa...udh cukup lah berurusan dgn WOM...makan waktu,biaya dan tenaga...tai ledig lah

If the customer has finished the contract / installments ... immediately give the BPKB ... don't have to wait another 2 weeks on the grounds that it is put in the storage warehouse ... if the consumer has a long life, if there is no age ... it's complicated again using a power of attorney ... it's enough to deal with the WOM ... it takes time, money and energy ... it's too bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leasing dengan pelayanan paling buruk.cicilan sudah dibayar lunas katanya da denda mau bayar dendanya pun dibuat bolak balik .telfon kantor pusat katanya jm operasional sampai jam 4 . Jam 3 sampai sana kata security sampai set3 . Besoknya kesana lagi jam 12.40 sampai disuruh ambil uang cash kesebrang ambil uang cash pas sampai lagi jam 12.55 disuruh tunggu sama security staffnya istirahat semua, harusnya ditulis ada jam istirahat .tlg berikan informasi yang jelas .Sama sekali ga menghargai waktu nasabah naik turun tngga 3lt .sudah lunas mau bayar denda yg ga masuk akal masih dipersulit mau ditahan sampai berapa lama bpkb saya?ngerjain nasabah kalau gini .giliran nawar2in pinjamam getol marketing dtg2,telat sehari diteror,giliran lunas dicuekin dan dikerjain gini!!!

It's too complicated.. even though there's no more business.. but it's still difficult to issue BPKB..

Saya pastikan jg ga mau berurusan dgn leasing ini.
See the other comments are really bad, later if I take BPKB smoothly I will change the star.
I'm sure I don't want to deal with this leasing either.
