 I was very doubtful about the rent here because of the other comments, it turns out the others are hoaxes, the rent here is satisfying, on time, fast response from the staff, and the price does not make the bag cry hehehe, thanks queen rental for the great service ?, next time for sure rent here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luar biasa bikin kami super happy dan terbantu. Drivernya (Pak Eko) sangat ramah dan enak diajak kerja sama. Datengnya juga cepet banget. Dekornya simple tapi kece, dan mobil terawat banget!!!
Extraordinary makes us super happy and helped. The driver (Pak Eko) is very friendly and easy to work with. The visit was really fast too. The decor is simple but cool, and the car is really well maintained !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Harga : Bersahabat dgn kita sbg EO/WO, dan mengerti apabila ada kondisi khusus(ada feedback negosiasi yg baik)
2. Mobil : Kondisi Bagus, Terawat dan Bersih (agar dipertahankan)
3. Driver : knowladge rute Baik. Ramah dan 85% Komunikatif (Memberikan Feedback unk pendokumentasian selama transit perjalanan hingga selesai), 15% lagi cenderung harus diingatkan lagi spy mengirimkan dokumentasi perjalanan/transit. contoh unk WO: Ada Foto setelah sampai di tempat pengantin, sampai di gedung ibadah, sampai digedung.
4. Waktu: cenderung datang lebih awal dari waktu yg di berikan. Sangat Memuaskan. Walaupun sebenarnya spare waktu bs diatur spy driver tdk tll lama menunggu?
5. Ketersediaan Kendaraan : Selalu Ada dan selalu diupayakan pengadaannya shg tdk pernah gagal memakai mobil dari Queen Rental
1. Price: Friendly with us as EO / WO, and understand if there are special conditions (there is good negotiation feedback)
2. Car: Good condition, well maintained and clean (to be maintained)
3. Driver: Good route knowladge. Friendly and 85% Communicative (Providing feedback for documentation during the transit trip to completion), 15% more tend to have to be reminded again to send travel / transit documentation. example for WO: There are photos after arriving at the place of the bride and groom, arriving at the building of worship, until the building.
4. Time: tends to come earlier than the given time. Very satisfy. Even though the spare time can actually be arranged, the spy driver doesn't wait long lama
5. Vehicle Availability: Always available and always strived for procurement so that you never fail to use a car from Queen Rental

Mobilnya selalu terawat dan bagus drivernya pun santun dan ramah. next bakal sewa lagi puas bgt dg pelayanan nya. yg review² jelek gak bener malahan driver Queen selalu On time loh bahkan sudh standby sebelum jam yg saya tentukan. good job
really recommend for those who rent an impromptu car, because booking from far away is very fast response let alone need to make an impromptu. Wow good job, Queen staff. The car is always well-maintained and the drivers are also polite and friendly. Next, the rent will be more satisfied with the service. the bad reviews aren't right, even the Queen driver is always on time, even standby before the time I specify. good job
