★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baca ulasan dari yg lain² kok banyak yg Jelek² ternyata saya alami sendiri , pelayanan WOM memang jelek.. berbelit belit... Setelah pelunasan pun BPKB baru bisa diambil 14 hr , padahal disaat yg sama sy melunasi 3 mobil sekaligus di BFI dan Maybank semuanya bisa ambil BPKb maksimal 3 hr saja, bahkan di Maybank hari itu juga BPKB bisa saya ambil.. standar 14 hr itu dasar nya apa ya ? Masa mencari BPKB di tempat sendiri sampe segitu lama ? Jaman sekarang kiriman paket keluar kota aja ada yg 1 hari sudah sampai , masa WOM harus 14 hr ....kebangetan..! Saya kasih jempol terbalik atas kwalitas pelayanan nya yach... ?
 Read reviews from others, how come there are many bad things, it turns out that I experienced it myself, WOM service is really bad.. it's convoluted... After paying off BPKB can only be taken for 14 days, even though at the same time I paid off 3 cars at once at BFI and Maybank everything was possible I can only take BPKb for a maximum of 3 days, even at Maybank I can take BPKB that day. How long does it take to find BPKB in your own place? Nowadays, there are only packages sent out of town that have arrived in 1 day, the WOM period must be 14 days .... joy..! I give a thumbs up for the quality of service, huh...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Account officer nya tidak bertanggung jawab katanya 1 hari cair nyatanya 3-4 hari baru cair trus bilangnya STNK bisa di antar gataunya suruh ambil sndri ke kantor dasar penipu
The account officer is irresponsible, he said 1 day it was liquidated, in fact 3-4 days it just disbursed then said the STNK could be delivered or not, ordered to take yourself to the fraudster's base office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong. Jika sudah dilunasi angsurannya, dimudahkanlah pak/bu, pengambilan BPKB gak harus sampai nunggu 14 hari kerja.
Sesuai prosedur lah, sesuai SOP lah. Kalau yang butuh BPKBnya ada kebutuhan mendesak kan namanya ngerugiin juga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya mau diam aja,tapi jadi kesel sendiri mulai dari pelayanan yg berbelit, dan juga kenapa sales marketing nya ini spam terus ya jadi ganggu banget 1 hari bisa sampe 5 nomer yang berbeda buat ajuin pinjaman sangat mengganggu
