★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new office building is a home for some big company, like PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha, J&T Express and so on. It consists of 38 floors to be exact and a pretty much beautiful and comfortable place to work at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Business area at North Jakarta. Beside Kwik Kian Gi business school , easy to find because in highway, but also dangerous street area. Next have a lot of street food. How to go by Transjakarta? From Harmoni central busway you should take bus to Pulogadung , and stop at Cempaka timur (ITC Cempaka Mas) and order online driver like grab or gojek (bike more fast) very easy and near from ITC cempaka mas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located quite secluded in Sunter area, this place certainly has a good vibe. Higher than other buildings, the design is pretty looking, greyish building with glasses walls. Well organized, clean, equipped with few coffee shops, restaurants n mini market. Love the fact that there are also small park with green areas too.
