★ ★ ★ ★ ★ telpnya sibuuuuk terus dari jam 9 pagi sampai jam 12 siang sdh telp belasan kali tetap dijawab sama komputer operator kalau semua operator sedang sibuk. jangan² digantung telpnya. pelayanan yg buruk. pimpinan tertinggi di oto multiartha harus baca keluhan² konsumen begini dan staff² jelek kinerja yg ada di setiap kantor cabang oto multi, di review lagi.
