★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat tidak baik.. saat di tlpn dari baf untuk konfirmasi data customer si mba pegawai sangat tidak sopan membentak customer .. lain kali harus lbh sopan mba melayani customer.. smoga mba sllu diberi kesehatan
The service is not very good.. when you call from BAF to confirm customer data, the employee is very rude, yelling at the customer.. next time you have to be more polite, madam, to serve the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tdk ramah,,, waktu masih 10 hari jatuh tempo sdh d telponin trs, tkt banget ga bayar, ini jelas sdh membuat pelanggan tdk nyaman dan risih, dan bisa2 malah bs mengurangi minat masyarakat untuk beli motor yg d gawangi oleh BAF,
bahaya,,, kalau lissingnya kaya gini,,
Kecuali klo pas jatuh tempo msh blm bayar ada kewajiban lissing buat mengingatkan,,,,
