Staff perusahaan yang mengundang interview pun sepertinya tidal professional. Kirim melalui WA di hari Minggu untuk schedule Senin, jangankan menyebutkan nama atau posisi yang dilamar atau menggangu waktu weekend Anda, Greeting (Selamat Pagi, Siang, etc) pun tidak ada. Isi WA pertama seperti ini
"Membawa CV dan document lainnya, siapakan alat tulis untuk test. Alamat ........Untuk waktunya Senin,......Mohon konfirmasi"
Memang banyak orang yang butuh kerja tapi sebagai HRD atau staff yang mengundang interview harusnya bisa lebih respect kepada calon karyawan/candidate supaya kandidat merasa dihargai atas panggilan tersebut.

Even the company staff who invited the interview didn't seem professional. Send via WA on Sunday for Monday's schedule, let alone mentioning the name or position being applied for or disturbing your weekend, Greeting (Good Morning, Afternoon, etc) is not there. Fill in the first WA like this
"Bring CV and other documents, prepare stationery for the test. Address ........ For Monday, please confirm"
Indeed, there are many people who need work, but as HRDs or staff who invite interviews, they should be more respectful of prospective employees / candidates so that candidates feel appreciated for the call.
