β β β β β Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan teller di bank cabang ini. Tgl 9 april saya datang untuk transfer antar bank , saya tanya ke tellernya apakah bisa masuk hari ini juga jawabnya sangat pasti BISA ! Dalam 2 jam an pasti masuk, sampai hari Jumat 10 April pagi ini saya cek masih juga belum masuk. Benar Benar mengecewakan dan merugikan saya. Jadi saya harus menunggu hari SENIN untuk datang kembali ke sana !! Di saat harus DIRUMAHSAJA !
Very disappointed with the teller service at this branch bank. On April 9, I came for a bank transfer, I asked the teller if I could get in today, the answer was definitely CAN! In 2 hours I will definitely be in, until Friday 10 April this morning I checked it still hasn't arrived. Really disappointing and detrimental to me. β β β β β Pertama Kali datang ke BNI puri(hari senin tgl 24 Agustus) , Satpamnya songong banget, gak ada ramah ramahnya sama sekali.
udah gitu ambil nomer antrian saya salah, al hasil saya harus ngantri lagi buat aktifin m banking dan aktifin pass debit.
udah gitu saya denger dia teriak teriak ngajarin mba2 buat masukin kartu debitnya ke ATM.
Tolong BNI punya satpam diajarin yang bener yah cara menghargai customer, kalian kan dapat gaji dari nasabah seperti kita...
beda emang yah SATPAM BCA sama SATPAM BNI, Satpam BCA ramah ramah sama tau tata kerama...
SATPAM BNI di Puri kelakuannya udah kaya orang mau ngebegal...

β β β β β Ke KCP ini krn KK Pesanggrahan digabung ke sini. Tellernya jutek bgt mentang2 transaksi saya penutupan rekening. Gatau namanya siapa, pokoknya laki2 di teller 2. Ekspresi ketika melayani kyk orang stres sm kerjaan. Ya paham sih udh mepet soljum, tp jgn lampiasin ke nasabah dong, kan kerja di bidang jasa. Selesai urusan saya jg dia ga ngucap terima kasih atau apa, mungkin krn bkn nasabah lagi kaliya. Entah lah, jd gamau berurusan sama bank ini lg

β β β β β Baru dateng dah diketemuin scurity yg songong bgt ngomongnya, harusnya pelayanan yg yg ramah dong. Udah gitu antriannya berdiri diluar lama bgt.
I just came to find security who is really bad talking, it should be a friendly service. Already like that the queue stood outside for a long time.

β β β β β Security ramah2 dan CS juga ramah, tapi tellernya dilantai 2 jadi olahraga dulu klo mau ke teller hehehe

β β β β β Saat saya datang untuk mengganti kartu ATM anak (diganti dg Chip). CS ada dua. 1 orang khusus melayani instansi pemerintah 1 lagi untuk melayani kita. Lamaaaaa. Satpam tak aneh-aneh. Melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik. Cukup ramah dan memberi pengarahan.
Dijanjikan kartu taplus anak anak saya akan selesai paling cepat 2minggu - paling lama sebulan. Akan dikontak katanya oleh BNI.
Diperiode 2minggu ke satu bulan ini. Saya telpon bolak-balik ke nomor (021) 58351552. tak pernah diangkat.
Untungnya ada satu rekan ngasih nomor HP karyawan BNI Puri. Namanya pak Adi. Beliau bukan CS. Tapi perlakuan beliau melebihi CS. Customer oriented, ramah dan sopan. Jelasin kendalanya. yang harusnya kerjaan ini domain orang CS.
Sampai tulisan ini dibuat, ATM Chip anak saya, dah lebih dari sebulan belum selesai.
Kecewa tentunya...karena di Bank lain pelayanan mereka jauh lebih "menyenangkan nasabah".
