★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maaf saya harus memberikan bintang 1. Tingkar urgency nya 0 besar. PO tidak diproses selama 2 bulan. Komunikasi dengan marketing (pak Dilan) sangat tidak baik. Jika ditanya via Whatsapp, selalu dianggurkan tidak pernah digubris. Tidak pernah memberikan update. Sekalinya memberi update, entah itu janji palsu atau info barang belum diproduksi. Dan ketika barang sudah ready, tiba-tiba di hold karena tiba-tiba juga TOP yang tadinya 14 hari berubah menjadi Cash Before Delivery. Kami tidak masalah jika harus bayar dulu, tapi tolong profesional. Jangan dadakan.
Belum lagi jika telpon ke kantor, jika mencari marketing selalu saja ada alasannya. Dan bahkan operator yang mengangkat telepon menanyakan mengapa mencari pak Dilan, ada masalah apa. Aneh. Sungguh sangat disayangkan.
Sorry I have to give 1 star. The level of urgency is 0 big. PO is not processed for 2 months. Communication with marketing (Mr. Dilan) is not very good. When asked via Whatsapp, always being budgeted is never heeded. Never gave an update. Once you give an update, whether it's a false promise or information goods have not been produced. And when the goods are ready, they suddenly hold them because suddenly the TOP, which was 14 days before, turns into Cash Before Delivery. We don't mind if we have to pay first, but please be professional. Do not impromptu.
Not to mention if you call the office, if you are looking for marketing there is always a reason. And even the operator who picked up the phone asked why was looking for Mr. Dilan, what was the problem. Strange. It is very unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company I have ever encountered. No sense of urgency - I need to keep calling the person for update. From payment till delivery takes 1 months! Once goods received at the port, some of the carton packaging are wet and opened and need to be repacked.
