★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah kerja disitu 2 bulan . Septi buat setiap yg kerja disitu ga memadai . Malah sampe ada dulu yg cerita ke saya dan saya liat sndiri oleh mata saya . Tangan nya sampe keras kaya batu . Dan jd kuning kaya gitu . Intinya septi buat setiap karyawan disitu paling utamakan, dan upahnya juga di sesuaikan sama pekerjaan nya . Kasian mereka juga manusia . Tanpa mereka ga bakal kaya gini kan . Tp 2 bulan itu buat pengalaman yg sangat luar biasa :) bravo trus karyawan swalow .
Been working there 2 months. Septi for every person working there is inadequate. In fact, until there was a story that was told to me and I saw myself by my eyes. His hands were hard as stone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon penjelasan nya buat Admin PT. Sinar Jaya Prakarsa, atau bagian HRD nya. Maaf sebelum nya sya mau tanya. Apa benar utk pekerja Borongan itu klo tidak Masuk Kerja dia di denda 100rb. Gk ada mksd apa2 cm pengen tahu aja, klo benar di ketahui pihak perusahaan alasan nya apa, dan adakah UUD yg mengatur atau pun surat edaran resmi dr perusahaan buat kryawan ny. Trs Uang nya di alokasikan kma, soal nya kasian klo bgi mereka yg benar2 sakit atau memang ada keperluan mndadak. Bukan nya presentasi absensi karyawan minimal 85℅ dr hari aktif kerja. Tolong penjelasan nya spya bisa di mengerti.
