★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has the most ridiculous applications ever. Their Android application doesn't work, and I had no luck with the windows version either.
Mobile and desktop versions are not synchronized, when you buy any book on mobile, it won't be available on desktop version of the e-reader.
Had been struggling to file a complaint, I even called the support directly with a really 'nice' feedback of saying that I'm the only one having the problem.
Their Yahoo! Messenger account is inactive, social media accounts were all last updated few years back.
