★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Istri saya yang sebenarnya yang sedang mengurus penutupan asuransi prudential. Antrinya sepi sehingga pelayanan cepat diberikan. Proses nya juga tidak dipersulit. Namun yang menjadi masukan kami, ketika petugas resepsionis istirahat, seharusnya ada yang menggantikan, dan penjelasan diberikan lebih baik terkait proses.
 My real wife is in charge of closing prudential insurance. The queue is quiet so fast service is provided. The process is also not complicated. However, our input is, when the receptionist takes a break, someone should replace him, and a better explanation is given regarding the process.

When I came here to ask about general insurance, they answered that they only have life insurance. Even though you can say that if you need other types of insurance you can come to another Prudential office
