ASURANSI AMPAS!! PENIPU!! Asuransi pesawat saya seolah olah tidak bisa dicairkan dari pihak asuransi, di awal perjanjian tidak ada keterangan harus melampirkan surat keterangan delay dari maskapai, cukup memberikan bukti, saya sudah kasih bukti jadwal penerbangan yang tertunda, dan pihak asuransi pun bisa mengakses jadwal di internet, tapi malah dipersulit harus lampirkan surat keterangan delay dari maskapai, dan diberitahu H+4, ketika saya menghubungi maskapai mereka bilang tidak bisa karena surat keterangan delay harus diminta saat itu juga, sungguh mengecewakan asuransi dan pelayanan Tokopedia, mohon itikad baiknya di proses asuransi saya, saya sudah simpan bukti banyak dan akan saya viralkan di Twitter, Facebook dan Instagram, biar semua tau kejelekan dari kalian, sekian

Asuransi ngga berguna mending putusin kerjasama sama tokopedia...tokopedianya bagus asuransinya yang sampah

Asuransi di sini tidak jelas dan pelayanan begitu lama, ada saja alasan nya ,klaim asuransi berbelit, berbulanΒ² lama menunggu tidak di kabari dan tidak ada kepastian, menyesal asuransi di sini ,gak guna, dan paling parah nya asuransi di tolak dengan alasan yang lucu parah wkwkw, pokoknya gak rekomendasi

Kayanya ini msh 1 grup sama FUSE, udah 2x claim kerusakan LCD HP selalu lancar & di reimburse. Tp yg terakhir agak ribet sedikit tdk seperti saat di FUSE, overall puas sih
Looks like this is still in the same group as FUSE, I've claimed 2x damage to the HP LCD, always smooth & reimbursed. But the last one is a bit complicated, not like when in FUSE, overall I'm satisfied

baru mulai coba claim atas pembayaran Internet TELKOM nih. baru awal aja email dibalas setengah bulan kemudian, itu juga krna saya chat menanyakan kelanjutan email saya. baru di respon. kalo saya gak chat CS nya bisa aja gak ada respon selamanya. di respon pun masih minta tambahan bukti macem2 padahal sudah saya lampirkan bukti dari pihak TELKOM. masiiiii aja cari2 sesuatu yang seolah kiranya bisa di tolak 'claim' nya. dahlah males ngurusin juga. intinya gak rekomended. titik. dan saya sbg konsumen KAPOK membeli produk insurance nya di tokopedia. TOKOPEDIA please jangan lagi membuat kerjasama yg merugikan konsumen anda di Marketplace.
Just started trying to claim for TELKOM Internet payments. It was only the beginning that the email was replied to half a month later, that's also because I chatted asking for the continuation of my email. just responded. If I don't chat with CS, there can be no response forever. In response, I still ask for additional evidence, even though I have attached evidence from TELKOM. Still looking for something that seems to be able to be denied 'claim'. too lazy to take care of it. basically not recommended. point. and I as a KAPOK consumer bought the insurance product at Tokopedia. TOKOPEDIA, please don't make collaborations that harm your consumers on the Marketplace.

lebih baik asuransi telkom (tokopedia) yg dulu premiro, daripada indotekno, di WA, cs balasnya lama sekali di Email juga lama aturannya juga banyak nggak to the point, silahkan baca 18 halaman
better insurance telkom (tokopedia) which used to be premium, than indotekno, on WA, cs's reply took so long Email is too long the rules are too many not to the point, please read 18 pages

asuransi penipu ini, sudah jelas memenuhi S&K pengajuan klaim tapi malah ditolak dengan alasan yang tidak sesuai dengan permasalahan, gak usah pakai asuransi ini lagi, bayar asuransi mahal" tapi malah ditolak dengan alasan yang gak jelas

Asuransi ini memamg tidak kredibel. Klaim asuransi kipas angin yang mati total baru beli 2 bulan. Sudah lampirkan foto kipas angin yang mati total. Dapat balasan email dari support isinya ini "Mohon dibantu melampirkan foto yang ditandai kerusakan pada fisik produk Bapak/Ibu" Saya rasa mereka belum pernah lihat kipas angin. Namanya kipas angin kalau sudah mati total namanya barang rongsokan. Mana mungkin fisik kipas angin bisa rusak kecuali terlindas truk. Lagi pula kipasnya terbuat dari besi kokoh. Namanya barang elektronik kalau rusak yang didalam tidak kelihatan. Apakah kipas tidak penyok maka tidak bisa masuk ke klaim asuransi? Kalau mau mempersulit customer dan tidak kau gantikan langsung saja bilang tidak mau ganti jangan berbelit belit. Saya anjurkan anda jangan repot repot beli asuransi di market online. Ujung2 nya tambah rugi
