★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started by building an online platform to connect young creative workers looking for creative jobs. Along the way we managed to build a database of thousands of creative workers with the largest category being visual designers a.k.a graphic designers.
We also found out from our clients that many small companies and startups need a team of creative people; a strategic person who can chew lots of data to provide insights and direction, a graphic designer who can translate what to say into how to say it in visual designs, a social media person who knows what and when to post on what social media. Sometimes they also need a photographer and a video editor to make cool short videos.
Problem is; they don't have the big budget to hire full-time employees for all of the roles mentioned above. Sometimes they also feel they don't need to hire all of them full-time. For example; hiring a graphic designer can sometimes be done freelance. But then, how do they select a suitable graphic designer and how do they brief him/her accordingly?
After some time, we started to help other startups in conducting the creative work needed. The simple logic is that; rather than they hire 3 people full-time.. they hire TGIM.
Right now, we at TGIM are helpong clients formulate Marketing Communications Strategy & Plans, Branding, Social Media Management, Website and many more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thankgod its monday serves some nice food items . I tried the quinoa salad n caprese sandwhich. Both the items were good in taste. The quantity is bit of the salad. They serve non veg as well. Overall the place can be tried once for a change. The place is near chattarpur or qutub minar metro.
