★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah ny Counter 6: sok banget, bukti bayar kita scan by email, dgn sok ny dia nolak krn tdk bwa fisik ny, pelayanan counter ny kek org kasar;
Parah ny Counter 18: Surat Tugas dr pihak customer ad typo dan pakai stamp koreksi customer, dr pihak counter 18 paksa customer bilang ini tidak boleh dan harus bayar uang materai tambahan lagi
Mw pick up BL export saja pakai draft kertas bekas masa didebatin ; Surat tugas jg pakai materai (tdk jelas fungsi surat tugas pakai materai)
Tolong dibenahi krn ini sgt menggangu customer...
 It's bad Counter 6: really pretentious, proof of payment we scanned by email, he pretended to refuse it because he wasn't physically fit, the counter service was rude to me;
It's bad Counter 18: Letter of assignment from the customer is ad typo and uses a customer correction stamp, from the counter 18 forces the customer to say this is not allowed and must pay additional stamp money again
Mw just pick up BL export using used paper drafts, the period of debate; A stamp duty letter (unclear function of a stamp duty letter)
Please fix it because it's really annoying to customers ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat tidak memuaskan. Untuk urus DO saja ribet, BL Telex juga prosesnya lama. Bayangkan kapal yang tiba tgl 18 sampai tanggal 26 pun print BL belum diemail. Ini benar2 merugikan pihak consignee!
Very unsatisfactory service. To deal with DO, it's complicated, BL Telex is also a long process. Imagine that a ship that arrived on the 18th until the 26th had not yet printed a BL print. This is really detrimental to the consignee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ beneran dah repot, aku lagi tunggu seawaybill export belawan ke singapor kapal besok sudah tiba tunggu dari pagi ga dapet juga emkl selalu bilang sistem lelet trus aku telpon cabang medan katanya yg urus export cuti yg gantiin ga ada???? trus gimana itu kita export sayur2an loh ngaco ini one ini hari jumat besok sabtu libur minta kesiapa iniiii

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pantas PT oceang (ONE) di kasih bintnag 5 karena klu minta invoice cepta di respon dan cepat di balas gak seperti pelayaran yang lain..dan karyawan juga orang nya ramah dan enak2 walau di kantor pusat di gedung AIA atau di depo orang nya enak klu kit tanyak apa2 gak sombong seperti pelayaran lain..semoga ONE lancar dan sukses terusss dan masalah registrasi LOI juga gak di mana aja boleh di gedung AIA boleh di Depo boleh.ssukses teruss dan karyawan sehat selalu.amin..amin
