★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prime location for the office building, it has multiple access to go out multiple main road . And the lobby is the best part for me, even with high ceiling level but good perform AC temp, just convenient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cafeteria provided by the building only 1 restaurant available. It is rely on sampoerna cafetaria. The parking routes is weird, it is using right track instead of left track.
Free entrance is only 5 minutes even taxi. There were many times that the parking officer is not in the station and the gate payment is broken that can cause the car has more than 5 minutes to reroute or waiting. There were only 2 kind of atm machine. Public service is very limited. No bank office, post office, there are convenient store with a broken ac.
It's so unbelievable that they build a so called new "green building" but failed to satisfy the tenant. Hopefully building managements will fixed that soon

The name AIA building, also the management of the building is done by a insurance company name as AIA insurance company.
The management of this building is so good.
The employee are so much cooperation and humble.
The building has lots of multi national company like IDEMIA, Co and co, Rocha cgv and many more.
Some e-commerce company are also there.
The e-commerce company use to put there sale store at ground floor some of the time.
This building provide all kinds of necessary things need by the person like ATM facilities, coffee shop, parking and many more.
This building also have health fitness center.
Overall this place is perfect at perfect location too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great services, quick response and very clear information from customer service. Tea, coffe and snacks are provided, so you will not get bored. The building is relatively new, which was used since 2015. You can find some cafe in the lobby if you need more snacks. The parking area is so big and tidy, you will enjoy to park your car or motorbike here.
