★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuma kasih masukan aja ketika nasabah dapat musibah kehilangan motor tolong lebih care apa aja yang harus di urus. Dan prosedur nya seperti apa . Biar nasabah gak bolak balik cuma karena ada hal yang kurang . Ini udh berapa kali saya balik ke leasing dan polres masih aja ada yang kurang . Kalau begini saya merasa di persulit . Cabang Parung saya di Jakarta timur .
Just give feedback when a customer can lose his motorcycle, please take care of what needs to be taken care of. And what the procedure is like. Let customers not go back and forth just because there are things that are lacking. This is how many times I have returned to leasing and the police station is still lacking. At this rate, I feel that I'm having a hard time. My Parung branch in east Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan front office nya nauzubillah lemot paraaaaah... Cuma mau bayar cicilan aja sampai antri sejam lebih, padahal nasabah cuma 4 - 5 orang doang,ngga profesional bgt seperti leasing lain, bagaimana nanti mau ngurus yang lain2 ya?
The front office service is nauzubillah so slow... I just want to pay the installments and wait in line for more than an hour, even though there are only 4-5 customers, not very professional like other leasing, how are you going to take care of the others?
