Pengalaman sangat berharga dapat "short training" cara membuat Ayam Kriwil dari mas Adam. Prakteknya cukup sederhana dan cara menyampaikannya enaak banhet dikemas dengan kata2 mudah di mengerti. Sangat sabar, telaten dan responsif thd semua pertanyaan-pertanyaan yg kita lontarkan selama praktek. Tempat prakteknya juga sangat nyaman dan kita diberikan kesempatan untuk mencoba mengiris daging, membuat adonan tepung, teknik membuat kriwil dan menggoreng nya.....juga kesampaian kita diajarin cara membuat saus Lada Hitam.......emmmm...mak nyosssss rasanya!! Thanks buat Chef Adam....
Very valuable experience to get "short training" how to make Kriwil Chicken from mas Adam. The practice is quite simple and the way to convey it is very easy to understand. Very patient, painstaking and responsive to all the questions we ask during practice. The practice place is also very comfortable and we are given the opportunity to try slicing meat, making flour dough, making kriwil and frying techniques ..... also when we were taught how to make black pepper sauce ....... emmmm ... mak nyosssss great !! Thanks for Chef Adam ....
