★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian customer service tidak berkompeten. Tidak menguasai produk, tidak mengerti tentang sparepart. Salah input alamat pengiriman, no resi pengiriman tidak update ke customer. Semoga cepat diganti CS spt itu supaya perusahaan bisa lebih maju
The customer service department is incompetent. Don't master the product, don't understand about spare parts. Wrong delivery address input, delivery receipt number does not update to the customer. Hopefully it will be quickly replaced by CS like that so that the company can be more advanced

How does it feel like a fictional company? Cannot be contacted, the website has a map to America too. Phone to the number on the website is not answered. I've been with other websites like this, so I doubt and are afraid to shop. Keep it nice and safe in the shop.
