★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli mixer spiral spek & harga mesin Industri, baru 4 bulan pemakaian 1/2 kapasitas, sudah rusak, minta di garansi perbaikan, disuruh nunggu 2 hari & akan dikenakan biaya transport, nunggu sparepart & teknisi tidak datang, padahal diperiksa saja belum, hanya berdasarkan video kiriman kami, dan hari ini Jumat yang dijanjikan perbaikan, gak ada sparepart disuruh nunggu lagi, padahal ini mesin utama untuk usaha, bayangkan kerugiannya & karyawan saya yang terpaksa diliburkan, saya kira beli disini mesin spek industri untuk usaha aman, ternyata merugikan. Sekarang disuruh nunggu lagi hingga senin, total 5 hari, coba dihitung kerugian kami deh, belum bahan-bahan yang terbuang saat mesin rusak, aftersales tidak bertangung jawan, gak cocok buat UMKM apalagi Industri. Belum datang, tidak ada solusi mesin pemgganti atau sparepart pengganti, sudah info akan ada biaya transport, padahal masih garansi dan bari 4 bulan. Jadi kalau mau beli disini atau sudah beli disini mending cadangkan dana lebih untuk perbaikan sendiri atau rugi produksi. Lihat Senin ini dan tunggu kelanjutannya deh.
Buy a spiral mixer with specs & prices for Industrial machines, only 4 months of use 1/2 capacity, already damaged, ask for warranty repairs, told to wait 2 days & will be charged a transport fee, waiting for spare parts & technicians don't come, even though they haven't been checked, only based on our video was sent, and today is Friday the promised repair, there are no spare parts told to wait again, even though this is the main engine for business, imagine the loss & my employees who had to be laid off, I think buying here an industrial spec machine for a safe business, it turned out to be detrimental. Now told to wait again until Monday, a total of 5 days, let's try to calculate our losses, not yet the materials wasted when the engine breaks down, aftersales is not responsible, not suitable for MSMEs let alone industry. It hasn't arrived yet, there is no replacement engine solution or replacement spare parts, it's been informed that there will be transportation costs, even though it's still under warranty and only 4 months old. So if you want to buy here or have bought here, it's better to reserve more funds for your own repairs or production losses. Watch this Monday and wait for the sequel.
