Asuransi yang membayar sesuai tagihan sebenarnya. Agak mahal, tapi harga tdk bohong. Sangat di rekomen!
Insurance that pays according to the actual bill. A bit expensive, but the price is not a lie. Very recommended!

kantor pacar saya bekerja sama dgn asuransi ini, kebetulan mau operasi menggunakan asuransi "generali", namun proses nya begitu ribet dan lama, sudah hampir sebulan proses nya!????? masih saja meminta persyaratan ini dan itu. pengalaman sebelumnya, menggunakan jasa asuransi lain di tempat kantor lama tidak SE'RIBET ini!
My girlfriend's office is working with this insurance, coincidentally she wants to operate using "generali" insurance, but the process is so complicated and long, it's been almost a month! ????? still asking for this and that requirement. previous experience, using other insurance services in the old office place is not this SE'RIBET!

Saya pengguna asuransi pribadi Generali 15 bulan. Asuransi rajin sekali debit kartu kredit saya tiap bulannya. Tgl 6 Dec’18 saya akan operasi sinus mencoba menggunakan asuransi Generali yang saya miliki. Rumah sakit telpon saya kalau rencana menggunakan asuransi ditolak oleh pihak AdMedika (3rd party Generali). AdMedika menyampaikan bahwa hasil mewawancara dokter yg handle saya mengatakan bahwa saya punya riwayat sinus, tanpa menggali lebih dalam lagi ke dokter yg bersangkutan. Memang benar 19 th lalu sy pernah operasi sinus dan sdh sembuh serta hasil CT Scan menurut dokter tdk ada bekas operasi. Kemudian, saya cek di dalam polis tidak ada penyakit sinus dalam SPAJ di polis sebagai hasil prediagnosa terhadap existing / riwayat penyakit sebelum join Genarali. Kami sdh telp ke AdMedika (3rd Party Generali) 2x utk menjelaskan situasinya tetapi tetap ditolak meski riwayat nya tidak di RS yg sama tapi dianggap sbg riwayat sebelum join asuransi, meski sudah dijelaskan pula bhw operasi sinus th 1999 sudah sembuh. AdMedika menjelaskan selama ada riwayat penyakit tidak akan dicover asuransi, jadi peyakit yg β€œfresh” dalam arti penyakit baru yg akan dicover asuransi. Saya coba minta bantuan Agen saya utk menjelaskan ke pihak AdMedika tentang kondisi yang saya alami, hasilnya tetap tidak mau mengcover. Bahkan saya diminta oleh pihak AdMedika utk datang kembali ke dokter saya utk minta tertulis menjelaskan lebih detil riwayat sinus saya. Apakah seperti ini cara kerja Asuransi memberikan quality of service? Kok tidak pro aktif ya?? Pasien disuruh menghubungi sendiri ke dokter dan menyampaikan kembali ke AdMedika. Tgl 3 Dec’18 saya datang ke kantor pusat Generali utk mendiskusikan kondisi yg saya alami. Hasilnya tetap sama yaitu Generali tidak mengcover operasi sinus yg akan dilakukan. Sehingga polis asurasi saya dan suami dengan terpaksa kami tutup karena kedepannya males ribet lagi. Total pembayaran premi yg sudah kami bayar selama 15 bulan mencapai Rp.51 jt, dengan nilai investasi yg tidak cukup utk membayar biya administrasi penutupan (nol). Sekedar sharing bagi yg mau pakai asuransi individu, saran saya utk mempertimbangkan kembali masak2, hati2 karena asuransi pribadi ternyata β€˜berbeda’ dari asuransi corporate (kantor).
I am a 15 month Generali personal insurance user. The insurance is very diligent about my credit card debit every month. On 6 Dec'18 I will have sinus surgery trying to use the Generali insurance that I have. The hospital, call me if the plan to use insurance is rejected by AdMedika (3rd party Generali). AdMedika said that the results of interviewing the doctor who handled me said that I had a history of sinus, without digging deeper into the doctor concerned. It is true that 19 years ago, I had sinus surgery and it has recovered and the CT scan results according to the doctor there were no scars from the operation. Then, I checked in the policy there was no sinus disease in the SPAJ in the policy as a result of pre-diagnosis of existing / history of disease before joining Genarali. We have phoned AdMedika (3rd Party Generali) 2x to explain the situation but were still refused even though his history was not in the same hospital but considered as a history before joining insurance, although it has also been explained that the sinus surgery in 1999 was healed. AdMedika explained that as long as there is a history of illness, insurance will not be covered, so it is a "fresh" disease in the sense of a new disease that will be covered by insurance. I tried to ask my agent for help to explain to AdMedika about the condition I was experiencing, the result was still not covering it. In fact, I was asked by AdMedika to come back to my doctor to ask for a written explanation of my sinus history. Is this how insurance works to provide quality of service? How come you're not pro active? The patient is told to contact the doctor himself and convey it back to AdMedika. On 3 Dec'18 I came to Generali's head office to discuss my condition. The result remains the same, namely Generali does not cover the sinus surgery to be performed. So my husband and I were forced to close the insurance policy because in the future we are lazy to make it complicated again. The total premium payment that we have paid for 15 months has reached Rp. 51 million, with an investment value that is not sufficient to pay the closing administration fee (zero). Just sharing for those who want to use individual insurance, my advice is to reconsider carefully, because personal insurance is actually 'different' from corporate (office) insurance.
