★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 products, family CI with no claim bonus 25% for every 3 years and term life product with 160% guaranteed return of premium at the end of contract, so far so good no issue and the good thing they improved their services from time to time, now they have Apps called Cignaku to check my policy status

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great insurance! Afordable insurance for 1 family with great coverage especially for those looking for insurance without investment since Cigna was one of those rare company in Indonesia providing pure health and life insurance
My recommendation not to take the one with investment is because the price and return wasn't really rewarding. Hope my reviews help you guys"l :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telemarketer calls you 7 days a week, including sunday morning. I've said that I'm not interested, but the phone keeps coming with other telemarketer. If Cigna product is that good, they don't need to bugging people for these kind of calls.
Shame.
Update : some staff called Rifa just replied this reviews and asked to provide some personal details including DOB. Well... I did send an email before I post a review here. but there was no proper response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been called by your telemarketer for a few times, have politely declined and met with polite response as well, but today I was called by another one of yours and even after I've politely declined HE RAISED HIS TONE and saying that he does not offer anything and I should have listened first. I know that this is a difficult time & people needs job and money, but when your customer declined, they should have not pushed more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choosing Insurance's a little bit tricky and make a sense , cause you should really sure bout the product. So to be honest i have to save my money every month to join with this insurance. And to be honest with you, I'm going to make a Cyna decision,well that it's up to six months, the reason it's because there's one more product names family care ,which is generous. I'm so happy when i know it so i join it. I hope i not make a wrong decision with you cigna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED INSURANCE. WILL TRY TO AVOID MAKING YOUR INSURANCE CLAIMS EASY. NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED, BUT OWN PROFIT ORIENTED.
For those thinking of taking personal CIGNA insurance in Indonesia, I would highly recommend AGAINST this. The telemarketing and the products offered are sometimes very and inconsistent. Also, a lot of things are not covered by the insurance and if it is they would rather find reasons to not, in my opinion. I regret taking this insurance and would recommend other out there looking to find insurance to NOT take this. They don't help you, but make it more complex. I did subscribe but regret it.
Update: poor, unsympathetic, unprofessional and clueless customer service. Useless insurance. Will at any cost try and make it hard for you to claim anything. Insurance that will try to not cover you.
HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED INSURANCE.
