But not with thiis compay. If i can give a negative star rating, i would.
Ever since Masterweb was bought by Exabytes, and i had to be customer of exabytes, It's been an ongoing nightmare from day 1.
Invoices were created by system multiple times for a single bill. And this happen numerous time for many bills.
Today, i topped up with GoPay, as they suggested.
Once i topped up my account with GoPay, 1 time top up, 8 invoices of topup appeared, saying all unpaid. 1 topup generated 8 Invoices??????
I emailed, chatted, issued ticket. Their only response is: sorry, please disregard the wrong invoices.
