★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selalu senang saat maintenance server disini. Karyawannya ramah-ramah, receptionist-nya cantik, selalu tersedia kopi nikmat. Di sekitaran gedung juga tersedia makanan, minuman dan cemilan yang harganya sangat terjangkau untuk kami-kami ini yang hanya karyawan biasa.
Always happy when server maintenance is here. The staff are friendly, the receptionist is beautiful, delicious coffee is always available. Around the building there are also food, drinks and snacks that are very affordable for us, who are just ordinary employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ribet keluar masuk server, ngurus ijin keluar/masuk bisa lebih dr sehari, besoknya masih nunggu lg 2 jam, ntah brp kali approval, sabtu minggu ga bisa masuk alasan protokol pandemi, pandemi udah lewat woi jalanan udah macet, mata lu buta???, management nya orang indonesia banget, kalo bisa ribet ngapain dibikin simple??? Cari data center yang lain aja, amit2 lah punya urusan kesini lg.
It is difficult to enter and exit the server, taking care of the exit / entry permit can be more than a day, the next day it is still waiting for another 2 hours, how many times is it approved, Saturday Sunday can't enter the reason for the pandemic protocol, the pandemic has passed woi the road is jammed, your eyes are blind ??? , the management is really Indonesian, if it can be complicated, why do you make it simple ??? Just look for another data center, please have some business here again.
