★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sama dengan review sebelumnya. Sangat kecewa dengan pelayanannya. Gimbal tidak diganti sesuai perjanjian di garansi. Alasannya di luar kota. Kiriman pertama sama sekali tidak di perbaiki gimbalnya. Dan butuh waktu 3 bulan leibh untuk service. Pelayanannya juga sangat berbelit dan penuh alasan. Not Reccomended.
 Same as the previous review. Very disappointed with the service. Dreadlocks are not replaced according to the agreement in the warranty. The reason is outside the city. The first shipment was in no way repaired dreadlocks. And it takes more than 3 months for service. The service is also very complicated and full of reasons. Not Reccomended.

baterai gimbalnya saja susah dicari, pihak denka saja g bisa kasih kepastian untuk jual itu battery, blum lagi mslh aksesories tmbhn yg banyak g ready ? sedikit kecewa dgn Feiyu, sebenarnya produk feiyu bagus2 cuma ya itu sparepart follow focus & battery susah sekali dicari di Indonesia
who is hard to find battery spare parts like me? ha ha ha ha
the gimbal battery alone is hard to find, just a party can't give you the certainty to sell it a battery, not yet, for example, many additional accessories aren't ready? a little disappointed with Feiyu, actually Feiyu's products are good, but yes, the follow focus & battery spare parts are hard to find in Indonesia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenernya service centernya good, tapi harus perbaiki pelayanannya terutama dikecepatan proses servicenya, harus diingat juga kalau konsumen sangat membutuhkan barang yg sedang diservice sehingga kecepatan service harus ditingkatkan agar konsumen tidak mengalami kerugian apapun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Claim garansi karena barang bermasalah ngomong nya sih beres respon nya lama nya minta ampun.. pas dateng balik eh ternyata dikirim unit yg sama dan masih dengan masalah yg sama... kecewa deh
Claim the warranty because the item has problems, they say it's okay, the response takes a long time to ask forgiveness... when I came back, it turned out that the same unit was sent and still with the same problem... disappointed
