★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office building is an overall-nice place to rent for your office. I have no idea about the pricing, but I assume it would be on the higher-end side, considering the surrounding environment and the view it has. The employees working to maintain the office, such as cleaning service team, security team, and the reception team are all friendly and nice employees. They are helpful and attentive. But the most important thing during this time is, in my observation, they always adhere to their health protocols.
Within the office itself, the restrooms I visited are all incredibly clean, and for me, that is crucial in reviewing a place. The cleaning service team do an amazing job. Kudos to them.
The sea view from the office is also beautiful, and I heard many positive feedback regarding this as well.
However, despite all this, I am unable to give this building a perfect score.
In my opinion, the parking area needs more security staff to ensure people are parking properly. According to one of the employees, they are currently minimizing the number of staff (very understandable, as the economic situation during this time is still improving slowly), however, they should re-evaluate which area need more staffs, which need less. This is something they can work on to further maximize their service and earn their perfect review. I saw more than once, cars parked in areas they shouldn't park, where there's no parking line whatsoever. It may, and will, block another car if no one takes care of the issue.
And that's my point of view and suggestion. All in all, this is still a rather nice building.
