ISP terpayah yang pernah Saya gunakan Dari proses pemasangan yang 1 bulan setelah pembayaran dan tentu saja tidak ada konfirmasi apapun dari perusahaan walaupun Saya hubungi bolak balik ke berbagai PIC Dan dugaan Saya benar, sejalan dengan payah nya proses pemasangan nya, proses tanggapan keluhan lebih luar biasa, email 4 kali + Telepon 40 kali ke contact yang tercantum sama sekali tidak tersambung dengan contact center, Dan hebatnya lagi Telepon nya diangkat namun tersambung ke nada tunggu dan tidak berhasil berbicara dengan siapapun Langganan kecepatan 20mbps, dalam sebulan pertama bisa diitung jari speed nya diatas 10mbps, don't even think about 19 or 20 Teman2 pernah dengan provider merah yang koneksi dan call center nya yang payah? Ini lebih dari itu, save your money on another provider and believe me, you will thanks me later
Worst ISP I've ever used From the installation process which was 1 month after payment and of course there was no confirmation from the company even though I contacted back and forth to various PICs And my guess is right, in line with the difficulty of the installation process, the complaint response process is more extraordinary, email 4 times + Phone 40 times to the contact listed is not connected to the contact center at all, And the great thing is the phone is picked up but connected to a waiting tone and couldn't talk to anyone Subscription speed is 20mbps, in the first month the speed can be counted above 10mbps, don't even think about 19 or 20 Have you ever had a red provider with poor connection and call center? It's more than that, save your money on another provider and believe me, you will thanks me later

Lambat sekali, wifi nya naik turun gabisa stabil (Kalau stabil pun cmn 3mb dan saya pasang 20mb) udah gitu suka disconnect sendiri lagi tanpa alasan. Kalau tau dari awal kek gini mending pakai wifi lain... Padahal baru pasang kemarin...
It's very slow, the wifi goes up and down, it can't be stable (if it's stable, it's 3mb and I installed 20mb) I just like to disconnect myself again for no reason. If you know from the start, it's better to use another wifi... Even though I just installed it yesterday...

Sy transfer di tgl 2 Dec karena diwajibkan bayar dulu baru akan dijadwalkan pemasangan.. awalnya di info 8-15 hari.. karena lg byk order katanya.. sy sabar tp tdk ada satu kabar pun dr pihak centrin.. mohon professionalismenya.. kl berani minta bayar duluan.. berani gaji karyawan utk pemasangan.. Tiap kali ditanya updatenya via WA maupun via Email : WA selalu jawab akan dihubungin team Sales.. kenyataannya - Ga ada yg menghubungi.., Di email lebih parah lagi.. ga dibalas… apakah sy perlu marah2 juga seperti customer lain dsini.. Tgl 11 Jan 2022 - anda sadar reply anda di google sgt tidak professional? Karena; 1. Kita tdk bisa reply pesan anda 2. Dosa Paling besar adalah meminta customer membocorkan Data Pribadi dalam platform yang dapat diakses umum.. ? Yang perlu anda lakukan hanya check WA Official anda & balas seluruh WA yg dighosting ????
I transferred on Dec 2 because I was required to pay first and then the installation was scheduled.. Initially it was told 8-15 days.. because there were too many orders, they said.. I'm patient but there's no news from the centrin.. please be professional.. if dare to ask to pay first.. dare to pay employees for installation.. Every time you are asked for an update via WA or via Email: WA always answers, the Sales team will contact you... in fact - No one has contacted you..., The email is even worse.. no reply... do I need to be angry like other customers here.. 11 Jan 2022 - you realize your reply on google is very unprofessional? Because; 1. We can't reply to your message 2. The biggest sin is asking the customer to leak Personal Data on a publicly accessible platform.. All you need to do is check your official WA & reply to all hosted WAs ????

Tolong jauh-jauh dari internet provider ini. Kinerja dari mereka sangat tidak profesional. Pengalaman pribadi saya melakukan pemasangan di unit apartemen greenbay karena Indosat M2 tutup. Sales membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk merespon. Dan apabila direspon hanya meminta maaf karena lama balas tapi tidak memberi solusi dari request atau pertanyaan yg saya berikan. Demikian pula dengan teknisi hanya memberi janji2 tanpa eksekusi yang jelas. Internet saya diaktifkan tanpa sepengetahuan saya. Dan selama 2 minggu berlangganan, hanya sempat menikmati 1 malam internet tidak stabil (setelah akhirnya teknisi datang da nmembantu instalasi) namun keesokan harinya layanan internet bermasalah dan tidak bisa digunakan. Sangat tidak profesional.
Please stay away from this internet provider. Their performance is very unprofessional. My personal experience is to install greenbay apartment units because Indosat M2 is closed. Sales take a long time to respond. And if the response is just apologizing for taking so long to reply but not giving a solution to the request or question I gave. Likewise, technicians only give promises without clear execution. My internet was activated without my knowledge. And for 2 weeks of subscription, I only had time to enjoy 1 night of unstable internet (after a technician finally came and helped with the installation) but the next day the internet service had problems and could not be used. Very unprofessional.

sudah 3 minggu bermasalah, sudah email berkali-kali pun hanya bilang maaf tapi tidak ada follow up atau pun solusi, teknisi semua tidak ada yang jawab juga. sampai sekarang tidak tahu masalahnya darimana bisa sampai begini, bener-bener kecewa.
It's been 3 weeks of problems, I've emailed many times just saying sorry but there's no follow-up or solution, none of the technicians have answered either. Until now I don't know where the problem came from, I'm really disappointed.

The worst internet provider that we ever subscribe! Dear all, please consider to subscribe in this company. SLA is super poor, slow respond and super not helpful. we subscribe dedicated internet with expectation internet will be stable and can provide the best service to my customers (of course dedicated internet is not cheap). but turn out the internet disconnected everyday and we already report this but still have no solution for over 6 months! when we want to terminate the contract, they keep insist us to pay the remaining contract without IMPROVING THE SERVICE. i don't get the logic. and the worse part, they never give any solution only talking about money and contract, NOT ACTION. seriously be careful with this service provider.
