★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lately Biznet service has been extremely poor. My connection has been down a couple of times this month and the customer service team is not helpful. No compensation will be given too, according to the customer service team. Bad service! If my apartment has an alternative internet provider, I will not use Biznet at all. Will never recommend it to anyone either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say, I'm disappointed on the internet speed, it even could be slower than my hotspot, sometimes it doesn't move which means I need to restart it several times. I had once time, mine was not being able to used for around 3 days without an action..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are starting up your Internet for your own house/villa etc, It's better to choose other Internet providers such as CBN. much more efficient, professional and reliable.
A terrible experience with Biznet. We registered with them and paid in advance about 1mill IDR. But nobody came to install the Internet and TV services. After a month of waiting they had the audacity of sending us a warning letter to pay our following month's bill even though we had no services.
We visited their offices countless times and sent emails demanding a cancellation and refund. . It's been three months and we still have not received our initial payment refund.
These guys will take your money and provide no service.
