★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu 2017 interview disini, sbg site manager untuk fitout office, saya terbang dari Jogja, mencari tempat penginapan selama proses interview 1 hari, karena saya 3x dipanggil untuk interview dgn 3 orang yang berbeda, jadi extend penginapan 1 minggu, keluar modal yg gak sedikit juga, berharap ini menjadi pengalaman pertama saya kerja di Jakarta, sempat positif thinking karena sepertinya lampu hijau, dan ternyata lama gak ada kabar kelanjutannya, digantungin, dan tidak ada kata2 diterima/tidak. Sempat putus asa karena sudah keluar modal lumayan, saya memilih pulang dengan tangan kosong. Mungkin petinggi2 disana gak peduli juga bahwa ada perjuangan dibalik "digantungin" , setidaknya berilah kepastian.
Akhirnya saya dipanggil masuk perusahaan lain, 3x pindah karena ditarik perusahaan sana sini, tentunya salary meningkat terus. Sekarang saya jd fitout coordinator dan architecture consultant langsung di bawah developer dan building management di salah satu perusahaan besar di Jakarta Utara, terimakasih pengalaman, terimakasih CKL, rencana Tuhan ternyata indah, jangan pernah putus asa buat teman2 yg sedang interview, terus berusaha ?
Previously, 2017 interviewed here, as the site manager for fitout office, I flew from Jogja, looking for a place to stay during the 1-day interview process, because I was called 3x for interviews with 3 different people, so I extended my lodging for 1 week, it didn't cost me a little too I hope this will be my first experience working in Jakarta. I had positive thinking because it seemed like a green light, and apparently there was no further news, hanged, and no words were accepted or not. Having given up hope because I had already spent a good amount of capital, I chose to go home empty-handed. Maybe the higher ups there don't care that there is a struggle behind being "hanged", at least give certainty.
Finally, I was called to enter another company, moved 3x because the company was drawn here and there, of course, my salary continued to increase. Now I am a fitout coordinator and architecture consultant directly under the developer and building management of a large company in North Jakarta, thank you for the experience, thank you CKL, God's plan is beautiful, never give up for friends who are interviewing, keep trying ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selamat pagi, Perusahaan ini sangat tidak professional. Menunggak pembayaran Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan yang sudah menjadi hak karyawan adalah hal yang sangat memalukan.
Saya habis kontrak pada 31 Mei 2021, dan sampai hari ini tgl 10 April 2022, penunggakan masih ada padahal hanya 2 bulan. Gaji 2 bulan terakhir saya masuk namun Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan tidak dibayar. Alhasil Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan saya dari perusahaan sebelum nya pun ikut tertahan.
Saya sudah mencoba menguhubungi pihak Hrd dan Finance yang menangani saya sejak awal masuk. Namun saya diblokir dari kontak, saya menelpon kantor namun dipermainkan, saudara saya datang ke kantor diberi penjelasan yang tidak sesuai janji. Saya bahkan sudah menguhubungi pihak Bpjs terdekat namun dari Kantor Bpjs ketenagakerjaan Cipete tidak bisa berbuat apa-apa, hanya bisa mengingatkan saja.
Saya sampai dikatakan gila dan freak padahal saya menuntut hak saya, sampai kemarin saya masih sabar dan terus mengunggu, masih berkata sopan dan santun karena saya tau yang membutuhkan bantuan adalah saya, namun ini sudah sangat kelewatan dan tidak bertanggungjawab. Saya pun tidak senang jika harus berurusan dengan kantor ini lagi, saya juga tidak senang menganggu, tapi tolong, bayarkan Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan saya bulan April dan Mei 2021, tolong dinonaktikan akunnya. Ini sudah menjadi hak saya sejak lama. Besar harapan saya perusahaan ini dapat melihat dan memberi respon dengan baik. Butuh keberanian. Besar untuk mengupdet ini, atas perhatiannya saya mengucapkan terimakasih.
Good morning, This company is very unprofessional. Arrears in the payment of the BPJS for Manpower which have become the rights of employees is a very embarrassing thing.
My contract expires on May 31, 2021, and as of today, April 10, 2022, the arrears are still there even though it's only been 2 months. My salary for the last 2 months came in but the BPJS for Manpower was not paid. As a result, my BPJS Employment from the previous company was also detained.
I've tried to contact the HR and Finance who handled me since the beginning. However, I was blocked from contact, I called the office but was played with, my brother came to the office and was given an explanation that was not as promised. I have even contacted the nearest Bpjs, but from the Cipete BPJS Employment Office, I can't do anything, I can only remind them.
I was said to be crazy and a freak even though I was demanding my rights, until yesterday I was still patient and kept waiting, still saying politely and politely because I know it is me who needs help, but this is too much and irresponsible. I'm also not happy to have to deal with this office again, I also don't like to bother you, but please, pay my Bpjs of Employment for April and May 2021, please deactivate the account.
