★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini tgl 20 mei 2019 jam 14.30, saya datang ke optik international yang di daerah fatmawati untuk menebus kacamata, pelayanan sangat buruk, petugas tidak ada yang ramah, terihat ada karyawan perempuan dan laki2, kami di layani oleh karyawan laki2 yang sangat tidak ramah, dan cenderung ketus. Apa karena saya menggunakan bpjs???, bukankah bpjs itu kita wajib bayar setiap bulan, saya pengguna bpjs kelas 1 dan saya bayar setiap bulan dan bukan GRATIS!!!
Tolong recruitment karyawan lebih di seleksi lagi.

Is it because I use BPJS ???, is it not that we must pay every month, I am a class 1 BPJS user and I pay every month and not FREE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Layanan untuk bpjs kelas 1 cukup cepat dan memuaskan, tidak ada keluhan. Lokasi strategis dan mudah dijangkau. Sayangnya parkir mobil 5rb. Lantai atas juga ada restoran Jepang.
The service for class 1 bpjs is quite fast and satisfying, no complaints. Strategic location and easy to reach. Unfortunately the car park is 5k. Upstairs there is also a Japanese restaurant.

Tanya2 sama mbaknya ramah. Di jawab dengan sabar.
Bisa menerima BPJS kelas 1, 2 dan 3. Tapi harus Faskes BPJS Jakarta selatan ya.
Saya BPJS Jawa Tengah tidak bisa.
Lensa mulai 300 ribuan sampai puluhan juta ada. Framenya sekilas bagus2.

Can accept BPJS classes 1, 2 and 3. But it has to be the South Jakarta BPJS Health Facility yes.
I can't BPJS Central Java.

I came and got an introduction from Zahirah Hospital, made glasses using BPJS.. came and ordered Saturday, Sunday already in WA can be picked up.. I think it will be a week using BPJS...
