★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perusahaan yang mengabaikan hak konsumen, saya sebagai konsumen membeli 1 unit rumah di perumahan Bumi Citra Lestari daerah Pengasinan Depok pd th. 2012 dengan pembayaran secara tunai bertahap akan tetapi hingga sekarang Akte Jual Beli (AJB rumah) belum di laksanakan hingga saat ini saya tulis keluhan ini belum juga ada realisasi atau kabar baiknya untuk pelaksanaan AJB nya. Tau begitu lebih baik beli secara kredit ada kepastian untuk AJB nya.
Awal pembelian rumah dari PT. BMS ini dengan perjanjian akte notaris menjadi tanggungan PT. BMS sebagai developer dan konsumen hanya membayar PPJB (pajak pembelian rumah).

You know it's better to buy on credit there is certainty for the AJB.
The initial purchase of a house from PT. This BMS with a notarial deed agreement is the responsibility of PT. BMS as a developer and consumer only pays PPJB (home purchase tax).
