★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya di php in sama petugas yg bernama anto +62 812-9678-4396 dr bank bpr lestari ini tgl 15 nov dia dtg utk survei ke rmh saya utk mengambil document dan tgl 16 saya dtg ke kantor bpr lestari utk isi form pengajuan kredit disana ,tgl 17 november saya tanya hasil BI checking saya dia bilang diluar,keesokannya thl 18 nov saya tanya kembali dia bilang lg meeting dan mau di bi checking setelah dia selesai meeting,dan esok harinya saya tanya kembali dia bilang mau ditanyakan oleh admin tapi semuanya nihil kenyataannya bi checking saya tidak pernah ada jawaban.Tolong lah management BPR Lestari utk kroscek kembali kinerja karyawan yg seperti ini kami mencoba menaruh harapan agar pinjaman kami dpt disetujui akan tetapi karyawan anda bernama anto itu tidaklah profesional menggantung kami seperti ini saja.
I was php-ined by an officer named anto +62 812-9678-4396 from bank BPR Lestari on November 15th he came to take a survey at my house to take documents and on the 16th I came to the office of BPR Lestari to fill out the credit application form there, On November 17 I asked for the results of my BI checking he said he was outside, the next day on November 18 I asked again he said there was another meeting and wanted to be bi-checked after he finished the meeting, and the next day I asked again he said he wanted to be asked by the admin but everything was nothing in fact bi checking, I never got an answer. Please help BPR Lestari management to re-check the performance of employees like this. We are trying to hope that our loans can be approved, but your employee named anto is not professional and just hangs us like this.
