★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hari ini 19 Mei 2020 saya ke BCA - KCP Grand Mall, saya ke CSO nya minta bantuan mobile bca saya tiba2 tidak bisa di akses setelah saya blokir kartu atm karna tertelan (lewat mobile bca). Hari pertama sama mba fira saya cetak kartu atm baru dan diminta akses mobile bca tapi gagal terus. Kata mba fira koneksinya gak stabil jd di coba di rumah pake Wifi. Saya coba tapi gak bisa juga. Hari ke 2 saya dateng lagi dilayani oleh mas nya (lupa namanya). Katanya suruh isi pulsa dulu utk sms, udah di isi tp gak bisa jg. Dia bilang Hp nya gak support. Whaaat ???? Kemarin2 bisa tiba2 dibilang gak support, sedang kan hp istri saya lebih jadul dari pada saya masih bisa akses mobile bca sampe sekarang. Akhirnya disarankan ke Oppo center untuk di cek dan ganti device. Saya males debat karna lagi radang tenggorokan. "Masukan aja kalo emang CSO gak ngerti, raise ticket ke IT, JANGAN SOK TAU dan ASAL JAWAB MAS.
 Today, May 19, 2020 I went to BCA - KCP Grand Mall, I went to the CSO to ask for help. My mobile BCA suddenly could not be accessed after I blocked the ATM card because it was swallowed (via mobile BCA). The first day with my MBA, I printed a new ATM card and was asked to access BCA Mobile, but it failed continuously. Said MBA Fira the connection is unstable so try it at home using Wifi. I tried it but it didn't work either. Day 2 I came again served by his mas (forgot his name). He said to tell me to top up the cellphone credit, but it's already been charged but can't. He said his cellphone didn't support it. Whaaat ???? Yesterday I could say that it didn't support, while my wife's cellphone was more old-fashioned than I could still access BCA mobile until now. Finally it is recommended to the Oppo center to check and replace the device. I was lazy because of a sore throat debate again. "Just put it in if the CSO doesn't understand, raise the ticket to IT, DON'T TAKE CARE and ORIGIN RESPONSE MAS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bikin ATM baru bisa lewat.aplikasi dan dari rumah klo.audah slsai semua isi data dan vidio call sm call centre BCA nya nti kita di kirim email.. klo udh dpet email berarti atm kita udah aktif. cara dapet kartu dan buku tabungan? tinggal kita datengiim KCP terdekat buat ambil kartu dan buku tabungan.. simole dan praktis.. jdi gak lama2 di bank...
You can make a new ATM through the application and from your home if you are finished with all the data and video contents of the call, the BCA call center will send us an email ... if you have email, it means our ATM is already active. how to get a passbook and card? we just have to go to the nearest KCP to take a card and a savings book ... simole and practical ... so it won't take long at the bank ...
