β β β β β Sengat tidak rekomendasi mengunakan PT.Betari sejati Indonesia, jujur saya cukup kecewa sebagai costumer yang mengunakan jasa door to door import.
Sebagai perusahan jasa export import barang yang sudah menurut saya PT betari sejati tidak profesional.
1. Durasi waktu yang tidak sesuai.
- berdasarkan surat penawaran tertulis oleh pihak PT Betati Sejati Indonesia, tertulis bahwa estimasi pengiriman by air maksimal 7-10 hari, namun prakter kerja di lapangan jauh dari 10 hari.
2. Tidak ada informasi progres pengiriman .
- setelah sudah melewati proses surat terima barang, pegawai tidak memberikan penjelasan progres barang, melainkan saya di sarankan untuk menghubugi pihak warehouse secara mandiri.
(kasus saya di Guangzhou, China)
3. Pegawai yang tidak jujur.
- pegawai sempat berbohong beberapa kali ketika di tanyakan kelanjutan proses pengiriman import barang.
4. Adanya penambahan biaya di luar dari harga penawaran yang sudah diberikan.
- Setibanya barang tiba di Jakarta, Indonesia. Saya di harus menambah uang sebesar 2 juta rupiah dengan keterangan pemeriksaan bandara, penambahan uang ini tidak tertera pada perjanjian awal.

I really don't recommend using true Indonesian PT.Betari, to be honest I am quite disappointed as a customer who uses door to door import services.
As an export-import service company, I think PT Betari is truly unprofessional.
1. Incorrect duration of time.
- based on a written offer letter by PT Betati Sejati Indonesia, it is written that the estimated delivery by air is a maximum of 7-10 days, but the work practice in the field is far from 10 days.
2. There is no delivery progress information.
- After passing the goods receipt process, the employee does not provide an explanation of the progress of the goods, but I am advised to contact the warehouse independently.
(my case is in Guangzhou, China)
3. Dishonest employees.
- The employee lied several times when asked about the continuation of the import delivery process.
4. There are additional costs outside of the bid price that has been given.
- Upon arrival the goods arrive in Jakarta, Indonesia. I had to add 2 million rupiahs with a statement about the airport inspection, this additional money was not stated in the initial agreement.
