★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenapa jelek banget sih pelayanannga. Ditelpon alasannya Overload. Trus kalau overload masalah customer? Bukannya cari solusi malah nahan nahan paket orang. Tambah dong pekerjanya biar ga kehabisan tenaga dan waktu juga. Ditelpon cengengesan suaranya. Kesel banget.
 Why is the service so bad? Called because of Overload. Then if overload is a customer problem? Instead of looking for a solution, they are holding people's packages. Please add more workers so you don't run out of time and energy. His voice called out. Very upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong ya kurir yg namanya MIFTAKUL HADI bagian delivery di kasi tau cara pake map, masa paket saya dititip di rumah orang, dikasih note nya dititip ke tetangga, tapi jaraknya jauuh bgt dr rumah saya. Bikin repot aja, klo ngga tau jalan dan ngga bisa pake map di hp, jangan berani2 jadi kurir!!!!
Please, the courier whose name is MIFTAKUL HADI the delivery department will tell you how to use a map, when my package was left at someone's house, I was given a note that it was deposited with a neighbor, but it was very far from my house. Don't bother, if you don't know the way and can't use a map on your cellphone, don't you dare be a courier!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini pengeriman lama bner hampir seminggu cuma ngirim ke wilayah yg sama di jakarta ga nyampe-nyampe. Jasa pengiriman tetangga sebelah lebih cepet dari pada id lemot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah parah banget .... Barang sudah sampai di drop sini , 3 hari gak di kirim2 ke lokasi tujuan , saya datang ke sini jam 2 siang malah kantornya tutup kagak ada orang,padahal dah nunggu 1 jam ... sumpah paraaah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang sy dr tanggal 31 juli ampe skrng tanggal 2 agustus belom nyampe2 jg, pdhl rumah sy sm tmpt pengiriman g jauh, jalan kaki udh nyampe, emang butuh berhari2 y, barang nyampe k alamat yg wilayahnya masih sm dgn tmpt pengiriman? Sangat tidak recomended sekali pk kurir ini, nyeseeelllll????
My goods from July 31 to now August 2 have not arrived yet, even though my house is not far from where the delivery is, I have arrived on foot, does it take days, the goods arrived at the address where the area is still the same with the delivery place? I really don't recommend this courier, really sorry

Itu paket shopee engga di anter2 ke buyer. Buyer pasti g mau terima karena kelamaan.
Sangat tidak recommend banget pake ID.
Engga tau kerjaaan admin sm kurirnya kek gmn.
Klo emang overload bisa tambah kurirnya harian, namanya usaha udah harus siap resiko.
Gmn mau bersaing klo kek gini, terlebih untuk seller Market place. Jadi kapok aktifin di MP.
The telephone is not picked up, in WA it is not read.
The Shopee package was not delivered to the buyer. Buyers definitely don't want to accept it because it's too late.
I really don't recommend using ID.
I don't know what the admin and courier do.
If you are overloaded you can add a daily courier, the name is a business, you have to be prepared for the risk.
How do you want to compete like this, especially for Market place sellers. So give up on activating in MP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jasa ekpedisi yang suka nahan paket, gila paket 4 hari digudang terus dikurir 2 hari sampai masa garansi mau habis belum dikirim juga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anjir pickup barang ditunda tunda.. kurir yg bagian pickup daerah mampang songong nunda pickup, Saya yg di omelin sama dia, ujung²nya saya yg minta maaf..
Nggak lagi² dah pakai ekspedisi ini
Cukup sekali saja
Mending pake jnt, sicepat, sama anteraja yg jelas² abangnya ontime kalo pickup barang dan tau lokasi..
Lain kali cari kurir harus di training dulu terus harus dikasih tau sopan santun
