★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak ada Bank Syariah Bukopin Kantor Cabang Depok. Hanya ada yg konvensional dan tidak di titik ini. BSB Bank yg kurang profesional. Pengalaman saya menjadi nasabah pernah ATM tidak bisa digunakan baik milik BSB sendiri maupun link lebihdari 2 bulan Juni-Agustus. Ebankingnyapun tidak bisa. CS tidak bisa memberi jawaban sampai kapan trobel akan berlangsung; kesalahan dilempar ke IT yg nasabah juga tidak tau bagaimana mengontaknya. Urusan remeh seperti tarik tunai dan tf harus k teller. Akhirnya akhir Agustus saat ATM bsa dipakai saya tarik semua uang, tersisa 50rb sebodo amat. Say Good By BSB!
There is no Bank Syariah Bukopin Depok Branch Office. There is only something conventional and not at this point. BSB Bank that is less professional. My experience as a customer has been that an ATM cannot be used either by BSB itself or a link from 2 months June-August. Ebankingny also can't. CS cannot provide an answer for how long the trobel will take place; the mistake was thrown to IT which the customer also did not know how to contact. Trivial matters such as cash withdrawals and TF must tell the teller. Finally, at the end of August, when I could use the ATM, I withdrew all the money, I left 50 thousand sebodo. Say Good By BSB!
