Kalau soal pelayanan paling bagus menurut saya di daerah Cinere, ramah dan murah senyum serta melayani dengan baik. Salep dan obat lainnya juga bagus. Good deh.
When it comes to the best service, in my opinion in the Cinere area, it's friendly and cheap and serves well. Ointments and other drugs are also good. Good deh.

kecewa sih. GAAKAN PERNAH BALIK LAGI KESINI. YG BLM COBA, IM NOT RECOMMEND. 130rb kayak kebuang sia sia, bahkan lebih bagus facial 65rb di salon kecil drpd disini. pelayanannya jelek bgt. pas abis ngemaskerin mbak mbaknya malah pd ngobrol dipojokan, blgnya 20menit tp malah didiemin selama 40menit grgr pd ngobrol. dokternya jg spt asal asalan aja, blgnya ksh konsultasi pas lg di tahap akhir, eh cm blg "kulitnya normal" udh abis itu gak jelasin apa apa lagi. karyawan nya kalo lagi bukan jam istirahat, tolong profesional jgn malah pd ngerumpi udh gt berisik, gak ada attitude didepan pelanggan. mana gak bersih lagi pembersihan sisa maskernya. pas saya kakak saya dan ibu saya keluar dan liat dikaca etalase ditangga, banyak sisa putih putih. jangan asal memperkerjakan tenaga kerja, kalo emg mereka awam, coba diajarin attitudenya, biar keliatan profesional walaupun msh jelek kerjaannya

Saya kan pake produk acne cream dan whitening cream dr liz skin care. Tapi muka saya pada malah mengelupas, panas, perih, dan agak gatal kenapa ya? Oh iya saya juga pernah treatment kesana datang 3x, dokternya sih ramah cuma yg saya treatment ke 3x nya ditinggal maen hp grgr tugas kampus katanya tp gpp sih. Cuma yg bagian resepsionisnya judes, jutek, dan ngmngnya cetus banget. Saya kan pas treatment ke 3x tlfn dlu ada dokter apa gak takutnya kalau dateng gk ada dokter kaya waktu treatment pertama. Eh pas nyampe di liz skin nya di tegur grgr telfon. Lah namanya resepsionis yaa kudu sabar lah hadepin customer. Lagian jugaa tugasnya resepsionis angkat telfon kan. Kalau dibagian facialnya enak mbaknya ramah, tempatnya adem. Cuma bagian depan di resepsionisnya doang ngeselin banget. Gk ada niatan mau ganti respsionis gt? Ulasan di traveloka juga sama lo ngeluh pada resepsionis grgr judes.

D Traveloka bilang kalau buka dari jam 9 pagi sampai jam 17 sore untuk hari minggu. Datang jam 1 siang kurang, ketemu sama resepsionis bilang kalau jam kerja klinik sampai jam 2 siang, sempat otot2an sama resepsionis yg kurang menyenangkan, untung nya ada mas2 yg kayaknya karyawan juga menengahi, soal jam ga tau Traveloka yg salah atau management yg di Depok ga update sama app Traveloka. Akhirnya masuk la saya dan istri. Saat di dalam saya di layan-nin dgn baik dgn kondisi saya ga tau facial yg baik itu seperti apa, namum istri saya protes terhadap terapis nya, wajah ga si scrub, ga d massage dulu, trus ga dapat penanganan seperti saya,kebetulan saya dan istri facial nya satu ruangan. Kemudian protes ke terapis yg memberikan pelayanan ga menyenangkan, terapisnya kerja sambil maen hape, dan ngomong sama temannya kenceng2 Deket kuping istri saya. Akhirnya istri saya komplen di meja resepsionis, ketemu juga dgn dokter yg ada d sana, dan mendapatkan respon nya kurang baik juga, masa customer di tanya "trus kamu mau nya apa? " jawab dokter tersebut. Whatt??. Ini klinik kecantikan kok gini amat ya. Sayang duit 130 per orang kalah sama salon yg 60an, cukup sekali aja ke Liz skin care. Dan utk bagian management, mohon d atur etika dan attitude karyawannya. Saya liat bukan kami aja ternyata yg protes. Customer lain juga merasakan yg sama

Baru pertama kali dtg kesitu...resepsionis nya yg kriting pirang ngeselin..ditanya produknya malah ogah2an jawabnya.ud gtu asem bgt mukanya ga ad senyum sama skali..untuk ad mba suster nya yg satu malah jawabnya ramah.resepsionis mainin hp trs.ternyata disini byk yg keluhannya sama?dan untuk yg facialin aq ramah orgnya.cm di depan aj yg bete?untuk rencana selanjutnya..aq mau facial di cinere aj.krn aq liat komen dan ratingnya bagus2.males balik lg kedepok..kita kan kesitu bayar dan beli produknya..kok jd ky kita ngemis disitu..?
It's the first time I've been there... the blonde curly receptionist is annoying.. when asked about the product, she refuses to answer. It's really sour. Biasanya suka perawatan di mangga besar krna dket sama tempat kerja krywn dan fo nya ramah. Trus coba iseng di cabang depok untuk mba2 perawat di lantai 2 nya baik2,ramah dan asik di ajak ngbrl. Klo mba fo/receptionist agak jutek,kurang uppsalling. Tp yaudh lah sy cuekin balik.
Usually like treatment at Big Mango because it is close to Krywn's workplace and the fo is friendly. Then try it for fun at the Depok branch for the nurses on the 2nd floor, they are nice, friendly and cool to chat with. If Ms Fo/receptionist is a bit dirty, there is no uppsalling. But yeah, I'll ignore it.
